This is for Dr Belluomini office. I was looking for a new dentist after my dentist retired, I came here based on a recommendation. It was a great check in experience with very fancy X-rays machines and nice ambiance overall. The staff was welcoming. However, what changed the experience for me was when I met with Dr. Belluomini or Dr. B as most people call him. As soon as he started looking at my X-rays he started telling me different treatment that I needed. Finally when he looked at my teeth- he thought I had a filling or sealant but when I questioned it he retracted and said "oh just forget it, there is nothing there." My reaction was "confusion and money making here " with what he had recommended. Mind you the work he had recommended had never been brought up in my years of going to dentists. So I thought about his recommendations and decided to take action and got a second opinion. I am so glad I did! The work he recommended was not necessary. I am so glad that I did not stick with him, the grueling process that he had described was not needed , not at all!! read more

I got referred to Dr. West because I wanted braces and I am very pleased that I decided to come here. The entire staff are friendly and welcoming ( beyond the top of great customer service) All of Dr. West assistance are kind, respectful, and such great people especially Rebecca. I appreciate all of them. I can tell that the staff are like a family. I also started to see Dr.B for general work and he is great! After a year of having my braces I moved to Southern California and I still flew once a month to see Dr. West even if it was a 15-30 minute appointment that's how dedicated he is with his patients to get the perfect smile! And I appreciate that a lot!!! So THANK YOU DR. West!! Sure I could of gone to a different dentist in Los Angeles and saved me hundreds of dollars flying back and forth but I loved his work. He takes his time and will be 100% honest if you are ready to take your braces off ( I asked him a few times) and FINALLY as of May 17th I am braces free I am so HAPPY!!! I was sad to learn that Dr. Ng was no longer going to be part of the practice, but had a wonderful experience with the office's new pediatric Dr. Irene! My now 2 year old who I anticipated would have a hard time, was absolutely PHENOMENAL...and in the big kid chair too! She sat through the entire cleaning with no tears or complaints whatsoever. Seemed really professional and state of the art. But after a couple visits, realized that they were trying their best to max out my insurance. I had a chipped tooth and asked for it to be repaired as was done for me long ago, until I chipped it again. The Dr was adamant that he needed to cut off half of my tooth and cap it. He said that is the only and best solution. When he found out that there wasn't enough funds left on my insurance, then he gladly did it the way I wanted. That was over 4 years ago and it is still fine. I just want an honest dentist. read more

Dr. Pham and his crew are awesome!! On our first visit, he made sure to talk to me first about any concerns and he made sure my kids were comfortable. He is extremely kind, patient and always makes sure the kids are his first priority. I like the fact that I am in the same room as my kids for their cleanings. (In case my little one gets nervous.) The dental hygienists are quick, but very thorough and of course it's great that they have TV's to watch while getting their teeth cleaned. BEST PEDIATRIC DENTIST! NO REGRETS!! My 3.5 year old daughter was overdue for her 1st dental visit.. After some research, I had found what I hoped to be the best place for her first visit. I'm more than glad we came to Dr. Ng, who is simply the sweetest and most gentle with children. She allowed my daughter to feel completely comfortable with her and to not feel afraid at all (which was my biggest worry). I honestly think my daughter is looking forward to her next visit! She loved all the kiddy decorations all around the room and that they put frozen for her to watch as she was getting her teeth cleaned. I also loved that Dr. Ng was quietly singing to her as she cleaned her teeth! Her voice is too sweet and soothing! Where to start! I was a patient of Dr. Kiss's for several years, as was my entire family of 5! We recently switched to Dr. Belluomini when Dr. Kiss retired and I cannot speak more highly of him. I recently had dental procedure and he and his team handled everything with the upmost professionalism and care. Dr. Hung Pham is excellent! We were referred to him because my daughter needed some dental work done and he was really professional. He was very kind & patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. He didn't try to rush our discussion like most doctors / dentists usually do. He was even willing to work with me on a fee not covered by my insurance that I couldn't afford due to a financial hardship. Another thing that impressed me is that Dr. Pham called me a few hours after our visit to follow-up on my daughter. The facilities appear to be really clean and up-to-date technology-wise. The forms I filled out as a new patient were promptly scanned into their database. Every staff member that assisted us (the woman who took my daughter's x-rays & Julie, who discussed our insurance payment) were also very friendly and incredibly helpful. Missed this place so much after leaving due to my job; I had to come back. My family and I have been going here since I was a child. I've been in this office for the pediatrics dentistry, the general dentistry, and the orthodontics. What's so great is that especially with braces, you can go in one room, get your wires off, get your cleaning, and get your wires back on all in the same appointment. Other places are rough because you have to go to different locations for the different services. Currently, 4 people in my family go here, and I would recommend it to any friend or family member that needed help. The people that work here are so wonderful. The location is great. There's a parking lot, and when that's full there's tons of street parking. Serremonte Mall is right down the street, in case you need to shop, or wait for someone getting a cleaning. I recently went and I had excellent care . I told my wife to go and she loved it too. She was seen as a new patient the day after she called to schedule her appointment. Dr. Pham is a great pediatric dentist. My son is never scared, never nervous and always happy going into and leaving the office. The atmosphere is great and they do a wonderful job in communicating with kids and making sure they are well taken care of. Dr. Pham is very personable and makes every effort to speak to me or my husband at the end of each visit about my son's progress. Wait times are never long and appointments are very accommodating. My kids (10,8 & 5) have been coming to see Dr Pham for years now. It never occurred to me to write a Yelp review for him until today. My son is 8 years old and is playing first base on his baseball team this year. Well, last night, the ball took a bad last minute hop and hit him square in the mouth. Needless to say, we knew we had to rush him to the dentist and luckily Dr Pham was available. He waited in his office for us until we arrived. He then proceeded to calmly speak with my son and reassure him that everything was going to be ok. Dr Pham then proceeded to xray my son, issue Novocain and repair the damage all in under 30 minutes. To a dentist, this may all be in a day's work. To a very anxious 8 year old boy and nervous wreck of a father, Dr Pham was a calming hero! I told Dr Pham how much I had admired how he gently spoke to my son, worked quickly and efficiently all the while remaining calm and assuring. He may have saved my son's tooth, but more importantly, he gained my family's trust forever. I admire someone who can not only do their job effectively, but also take the time to be a good person who cares. Dr. Pham has always been great with my kids and they enjoy coming for Dentist visits. Hopefully we won't have another emergency, but I know that if we did, I would have no hesitation in calling on Dr Pham again! Thank you for being awesome! read more

I just want to say that I have been coming to Serramonte Dental since the 80's. Not only that but my sisters started coming in the 70's which now their children are 40 yrs. This place is "spectacular". And I dont use this word lightly. The front desk gals are so professional, efficient, friendly, kind, always greeting with a smile and wonderful attitude and ready to accommodate you once you enter those doors. When I mentioned my sisters bringing their children in the 70's same customer service treatment. How do I know this? I would accompany them when theyI brought in their kids. I knew exactly where my kids would go for dental service. The dentist. orthodontist, hygienist and rest of the dental crew are awesome. When getting a procedure done they make you feel at ease. You inter a sense of tranquility. They explain step by step what they will be doing. There's no surprises. The work gets done spot on. I love this place. I've been searching for a pediatric dental for a few months and found this place. I went there to take a look at Dr. Pham's office to see if my kids felt comfortable and if they liked the atmosphere. We came in and the ladies in the front greeted us immediately and asked if they can help us. I let them know we were there hoping to take a look at their facilities. One of the girls gave us a tour of the office and introduced us to the doctor who was with a patient, but still made an effort to smile and welcome us. My children loved it! We made an appointment and went there last Friday. Dr. Pham started our appointment by spending time talking to us and getting to know the children. It was my 2 year old's first dental appointment, who i must tell you is a screamer. He had her sit on my lap and he was across from me and we bent her over to his lap so he can work with her while i was there holding her hand. This worked wonderfully!! She did not scream or cry and was comfortable with him. That was a great sign. My son had some pictures taken of his teeth and he took so much time explaining what was happening and what we needed to do, as well as future plans for my son's teeth. He cared about their overall health and did not try to sell me on dental work they didn't need. If you need a doctor who cares, who has his own children, and who's office staff is wonderful and kind, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! read more
