My nipples are an inch in difference of height of each other. The staff/nurses are rude and mean to you in the surgery center. They don't give you pain meds when you wake up from surgery. They just tell you to take your meds when you get home and wheel you out to your car moaning in pain within 30 mins after you wake up from surgery!! This is a chop shop straight out of a horror movie! Dr Park is more worried about being a celebrity than keeping up good plastic surgery!

The molar had been bothering me for years but I finally decided to do something about it. When I had my X-ray taken, Dr. Gilbert showed me that the molar and surrounding gum tissue were infected and that my body has been fighting an active infection! I had been feeling more run-down than usual this past year I thought that it could be this molar; I was relieved to discover that I was right. I immediately scheduled a surgery date for the extraction, bone graft, and ensuing dental implant. Dr. Gilbert told me that I would feel so much better after getting the molar removed. The day arrived and I had my molar removed as a well as the bone graft. Dr. Gilbert was right, I felt so much better immediately after surgery! I didn't bleed much and didn't have much swelling. Moreover, I barely had any pain and only had to take one Motrin the first day - which I took preemptively but I probably didn't need it. About a month ago, I went back for the dental implant procedure. The X-ray showed that my bone graft was adequate and I went right into surgery. After the second surgery, I was grateful to experience a similar result as the first surgery - very little bleeding, pain, or swelling. I just went in for my 4 week follow-up and my implant healed nicely, so nicely in fact that my gums healed over the implant! I have a bone-disease similar to osteoporosis and I'm very particular about who I choose to operate on me. Dr. Gilbert presented himself as professional, confident, and most importantly capable of meeting the challenge of performing a successful dental implant procedure on me. Thank you, Dr. Gilbert! Not only that but they told me my procedure was minor. The minor surgery took off a huge football piece of skin on one side. I wasn't completely numb for the procedure ana felt the first cut. It took an hour to perform and i was awake the whole time. My surgery did turn out great after recovering but I don't think I would pick them again.

As a result, I now have to reschedule and essentially start the entire process over again. I find it very unprofessional that my information was apparently not reviewed until the last minute, despite having over a month to do so. This feels like a clear administrative failure and showed very little respect for my time, effort, or the cost of traveling to the appointment. With today's gas prices and busy schedules, this was a complete waste of my day. I expected much better communication and organization from a medical office.

There were very few questions about my past history, and I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously or that a thorough exam was done. The final straw was when they started vacuuming before closing, making it unbearably loud while staff continued talking loudly. The entire environment felt more like a frat house than a medical office. Ultimately, it was a waste of an hour and a half, and I would not recommend this office to anyone.
