The lady I had been consistently seeing the past 2 years didn't have any availability for 3 months out when I called to set a touch up appointment with her. And with regular injections, 3 months plus out is a LIFETIME to wait. In comes my introduction to Trish...the "Youth Gods" intervening I like to think. What caught my attention was the pricing. I've always paid per unit anywhere between $9-12. Not here, it is per injection site/location. I always get my full forehead, scalp, crows feet, and upper lip (flip). Each site/location has its own pricing. But what had me SOLD and now a true Trish follower, following your injection treatment you get the opportunity to schedule a follow up within 1-3 weeks to come back in and get any touch up that you personally feel needs a little more "oomph". No Extra Charge!!! My 10 years of history, the 3 weeks proceeding I always need a little bit more because something didn't take or is not "frozen" enough to my liking and each time I have to shell out even more money. Trish took all the time I personally needed to feel confident and comfortable. I explained to her I like to be completely "frozen", zero movement in the areas I get treated. My first treatment came out Outstanding, but of course I always see what others don't because I'm my harshest critic, went back 2 weeks later and got a little bit more in the areas I addressed. Trish, once again took her time with me and I walked out looking 10 years younger her. The full staff I encountered on both initial visits were friendly, professional and kind. Thank you to the whole Dr. Nykiel team! I'm officially a full time patient of Trish's and had to officially end my long running years with my former Injectors. God Speed!

I put off writing this review for about a year, but I've decided to finally share my experience so…read moreothers can be more informed. I initially chose Dr. Nykiel based on his positive reviews, but I ended up feeling disappointed not only with my outcome, but also with how my experience was handled. I am a petite asian girl that already had a good foundation to begin with, so I thought there would be no issues with the outcome. We both decided that an upside down heart shaped butt would look best on me, even printing out inspirations of what I wanted. The surgery finally came (May 2025) and I woke up laying flat on my butt. Idk if that affected the outcome but my butt came out looking like a square, I tried to keep positive, as it was supposedly going to get better overtime. Every consultation I had with him, he always came alone in his office. I found that strange, because I have never had a doctor evaluate me without a second person there to be a witness. At a follow-up visit, I expressed that I was still unhappy with my results, and he asked me, "Have you thought about getting implants?" That comment left me frustrated and confused, as I had specifically come to him for a BBL. It made me question him as a surgeon, and why he would agree to do it in the first place. Since then, the consultations have felt like an ongoing back-and-forth without a clear direction or resolution, as if he didn't remember any of our previous conversations. At times, the outcome was attributed to my body composition, which I personally found difficult to reconcile with earlier conversations about my goals and expectations. During the last consultation on September 24, 20225, I made a point to document the interaction because I've consistently felt like I'm not getting clear or consistent answers from him. I asked if we could take before-and-after photos, and he agreed, so I took a few. I then asked if I could record a video of him explaining the results for my own records, and he initially agreed to that as well. However, once I began recording and asked him to walk me through the before-and-after, he became defensive and abruptly ended the conversation by leaving the room. This has been an incredibly long and difficult experience, and the way he handled it has honestly been traumatic for me. When I tried to confront him about everything, he yelled at me to "get out." I was left shaking and completely overwhelmed. This situation has caused me significant emotional distress--I think about it every day, and haven't fully recovered from the trauma. I'm sharing this as a warning to other women: please be cautious, and consider bringing someone with you to your consultations. In my experience, I felt dismissed and that my concerns weren't acknowledged, really thinking why (as a patient) I was treated like this. I am now trying to close this chapter of my experience with him, and hoping to get this fixed somewhere else. There was more unprofessionalism that Dr. Nykiel and the staff had me go through but I'm keeping this short.

I began hormone replacement therapy (HRT) through the wellness side of Li Surgery in November, with a scheduled follow-up in February for pellet reinsertion. In January, I also enrolled in an additional 3-month program, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for the same February date. On the day of my appointment, I received a call informing me that the wellness center was closing effective immediately. This left me scrambling to find a new HRT provider, which is already a stressful and time-sensitive process. I reached out regarding a refund for the 3-month program I had just started in January. After multiple emails and calls with no response, I was eventually told I would not receive a refund because I had received medication. However, I was only provided a 30-day vial for what was supposed to be a 90-day program. I did not receive additional refills, nor did I receive the follow-up visits that were included in the program services that were canceled by the clinic, not by me. Additionally, the original flyer clearly stated that if the treatment was not a good fit or did not work, a full refund would be issued. Despite this, I have still not received any refund or resolution. Prior to this situation, my experience was positive, staff were friendly and the clinic appeared professional. Unfortunately, the way this closure and billing issue have been handled has been extremely disappointing and has left me without both care and accountability. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed. During my daughter's last appointment, only one of her three treatment areas was treated due to sun exposure concerns. Despite only receiving a partial treatment, I was charged a $50 fee. As a long-term client who has spent thousands of dollars at this practice and referred others, I politely requested that the fee be waived. The office manager, Nadia, brought me into her office, closed the door, (which I found odd) and refused to waive the fee, explaining that the office had "lost business." Yes, my appointment was rescheduled for a later time per my request but they had an opening and they accomodated. I asked if I could discuss the matter with Dr. Bennett, but the Office Manager, Nadia stated that she handles the financial matters and would not put me in contact with the doctor. After a subsequent phone conversation, I requested a call from Dr. Bennett specifically to discuss what I felt was unprofessional treatment. I also asked if I could speak with Angie, as I value her opinion and trust her judgment. Nadia's response was, "She's just a nurse," which I found dismissive and disrespectful. The tone of the conversation was upsetting enough that I began recording it so I could accurately relay my concerns to Dr. Bennett. Once I mentioned I was recording, the tone of the conversation noticeably changed. I was also told that 1.5 hours had been blocked for my daughter's treatment, despite her appointments never taking that long in our years of experience there. It is disappointing that a practice would risk losing a loyal, long-term client and future referrals over a disputed $50 fee, especially when we still have prepaid credits remaining on our accounts. What concerns me most is not the fee itself, but the manner in which my concerns were handled. After many years as a satisfied client, I never expected to feel so disrespected and unheard. I sincerely hope management and Dr. Bennett review how long-standing patients are treated, because patient loyalty and respectful communication should matter.
