Our child had only recently turned two, and rather than addressing her concerns with us calmly and professionally, the manager told me I was a "bad mother" and said that our two-year-old "has anger issues." Regardless of what concern she may have had, speaking to a parent and characterizing a two-year-old in that manner is completely unacceptable. Even more shockingly, the interaction did not end when we left. The manager followed us out to our car and continued screaming at us. There is simply no justification for a manager following a family into the parking lot to continue a confrontation. There are respectful, professional ways to address concerns with parents, particularly when very young children are involved. This was the exact opposite. We will absolutely not be returning.
