At the end of his spiel he asked me "so did you learn anything about windows today?" As if his half-a**ed, idiot commentary was too great for my pea brain to comprehend. And to top it all off he quoted me basically 40k for nine windows. He wanted to come in and do a simple retrofit with white sliders. I told him I wanted new construction as the windows are from 1953 and there's cracking and leaking around them currently. There's definitely dry rot in some spots, yet he wanted to breeze in and cut corners to save money. He also didn't include the disposable fees for my old windows or permit costs. Shady a** mofos. And just in case the company wants to deny any of this, I have it all on surveillance video with the agent being made fully aware that it was recording. Shame on these guys! Oh! And he wouldn't let me keep my "estimate", but he let me take a picture so I've included it here.
