I called just recently to inquire about my balance and was told that it was over $400, which would have included the certificate with the expiration date and the one without. I just took both physical certificates into the store and not only would they not accept the expired one, which I could kind of understand (even though gift certificates are paid for and should theoretically NEVER expire), they also refused to honor the certificate WITHOUT an expiration date. I was told that they "decided in their last quarterly meeting that they expired now." She also told me that she could not give me the paper certificates back and that she had to keep and shred them. What a nasty way to treat people. Please do not spend your money here!

You can also walk into their store and purchase a wide range of containers, ribbon, and other supplies and they are open to the public. You don't have to have a wholesale license. Some of their pieces are really reasonable, but some can get a little pricey. You can also purchase flowers straight out of their cooler to make your own arrangements at home. They have very limited hours on the weekend, which makes it difficult for me to ever get in here. But it is totally worth making an effort to get here!
