We did the night kayak tour during the day, enjoying the mid morning paddle through the water. There is a parking ramp right next to check in. It was rather busy but we did find one spot. Not sure where you go if that is full. Our guides were absolutely fantastic. Super friendly. Respectful of the animals and knowledgeable about the area. The tour uses glass bottom boats. You can see the sea grass but we didn't see any fish below our boat. You hang out in the bay a bit then go under the bridge to the ocean side. Definitely gets rougher but nothing to worry about. We saw several turtles poking their heads above the water. We saw iguanas in the trees and a puffer fish swam by. As we were coming in, a manatee surfaced and our guide was able to get a video of her. We saw the nose and head from our boats but they are rather shy so a video to tie it all together was the way to go. You are on the water for about an hour. They take a bunch of pics for you and send those to you after the tour. They were also helpful with restaurant ideas and other sites to see. We enjoyed the experience. read more

This was the most amazing and fun experience I ever had. Rafa was our tour guide and he was very informative, fun and made the tour interesting. Not to mention he got some of the most amazing pictures of my mom and I-memories that will last forever. The price for this experience is a steal! You get to enjoy a night (7pm glow tour ) by putting glow paint all over your body. Getting in a kayak with whomever you want to share the experience with or if you go solo in a kayak that is clear on the bottom for you to see Mother Nature. My mom and I got to witness up close a sea star, a squid, AND really up close a sea turtle (this was an experience nobody else got to see because they rushed back to the dock) take your time with your guide and enjoy the moment. They give brief instructions on how to kayak so if you don't know I would ask for further instructions. My mom and I are avid kayakers so we didn't have any issues with this. The check in process was smooth and everyone was so kind and fun. FOR SURE do this tour. Oh and I got to see so many planes-amazing sites to see. I would do this again! And I highly recommend! This was an amazing experience with my daughter. We were greeted on arrival, were checked in and given a large glue stick and paint to put as we wished. The bottom of the kayak was clear allowing us to see the sea underneath. The tour guy was absolutely amazing, he was knowledge and very friendly. He took pictures that were included in the tour which was roughly 1 hr. I would definitely do this again and I highly recommend it. One of my favorite things I did so far on my Solo trip to Puerto Rico! This will also be my first review, took me a while to start this because I had a long list to do so. Now as a person who doesn't know how to swim & never kayaking before. Especially at night by herself was a nightmare! If I knew I would have to go by myself I wouldn't have go through it because it's just not safe . I had never even paddled a boat before. Didn't like the fact just because I didn't have a partner I have to go by myself! I asked multiple times & the girl keep saying : that's why you gonna go alone! Imagine the pressure I was in & felt like I committed a sin by being alone ! I ended up asking,, actually begging other people if anyone wants to come with me . Everyone said no; finally one kid who said he will be happy to come with me. The way he guided me & made me feel comfortable! I wouldn't been able to do anything if he wasn't with me to guide me! I would have definitely freaked out in the middle of nowhere ! Because ot of him I ended up having fun. They gave us paint & I also ended up painting my face lol. First time ever doing kayaking specifically at night! My friends and I had such a blast doing this. I was very skeptical at first but to my surprise it was not what I expected. They do get busy so I recommend booking online. They also do the kayaking during the day as well but we wanted to experience the night kayak! Even if you never done kayaking before they have someone explain to you how to use the paddles which is nice. This is great for couples as it does teach you both communication. Emmanuel our tour guide was amazing, he was funny and knowledgeable. Some of his jokes may have not been as funny but we had fun! We were able to see a starfish which was nice to see! It was a fun excursion. We saw starfish and other creatures in the water. I highly recommend. They start off with a quick how-to and then you hit the water. I felt like it was a good amount of time in the kayak. The guide took time to take pic of every group and then they airdrop at the end. Make sure you don't leave before getting your pictures. Yes yes yes!!! This was such a fun experience. From the glow paint to the kayaking to learning the history of the fish and city it was amazing. You definitely have to be in sync with each other. I wasn't playing bc I can't swim. Life vest or not lol. They take pictures of you and allow you to take pictures yourself. The bottom of the boat is clear but probably more clear during the day. Mike and Christian Rocked! We had so much fun. This was most of our first time kayaking, instructions on had to paddle were explained thoroughly. We went as a group of 13. They handle large groups well! As we paddled around the lagoon the guide explained how historic this lagoon is. We wasn't rushed at all, it was smooth. Unfortunately I didn't want to know how deep the water really was. If you're scared or don't know how to swim don't let this fear stop you from this experience.. you'll be safe in the kayak, we rocked a lot never did we tip over. Life jackets are given at the beginning, they might not help you swim but you'll float till someone get you. No need to panic just enjoy you some kayaking.. lastly, we went at 8:30pm I enjoyed the night view for sure. All the buildings are lit up, you'll get some great pictures. Really great experience with Amanda and Odla! We saw iguanas, a ton of sea stars, and even a manatee! The kayaking is accessible to all levels since the lagoon is really calm. They did a great job checking everyone in and getting our equipment efficiently so we could spend the maximum amount of time out on the water. They were also kind enough to take pictures of everyone and provide them for free. You could certainly rent a kayak for cheaper than $49/hour but the expertise of the guides was really valuable! First off -kayaking is not for the weak haha. After struggling to paddle and to paddle in the right direction for 15mins, I finally got the hang of it. I did this with my mom and sister and they had the same initial struggle. The view was really pretty and you had the opportunity to see animals in the water. We even went under the bridge and into the Atlantic ocean, which was a little scary hahaha. One of our guides picked up a starfish and let us touch it and take photos. We also each got to have our picture taken while we were out in the water. The only two things that could be improved is slowing down a bit for those who struggle a little in the beginning and the night part of the tour. One of the guides would stop in certain spots and talk and I missed most of it because I was having a hard time keeping up. I feel like if it's going to be a night kayak tour, then most of it should happen when it's dark. We started right before sunset and over halfway through, while we were getting our pictures taken it was dark and they turned on our kayak lights so that we could see the transparent bottom and each other. After the pictures, we paddled back to get off -maybe a total of 20mins when it was actually night. It would have been nice to have spent more time out on the water when it was dark and we had our lights on and were glowing (our glow sticks and paint). However, I'd recommend this for anyone looking for fun things to do in PR. Frances and Carlos, our guides, were both very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. read more

Great experience from start to finish. We arrived and immediately go to check in. We were given 2 colors of paint to decorate however we wanted. Then our group was instructed before we went to get onboard. We were assisted on and got going. We had a great guide who gave us history and information about the area. At one point the guide took pictures of our group and the other people in our group. At the end, he air dropped the pictures to our phones at no extra cost. I love when people do not nickel and dime you. He also gave ideas for places to go in the area after we left. I do not remember our teams name, but we went on 6/7 at 10 pm. Kayaking along the Condado Lagoon was a spiritual experience. As a solo traveler I decided to indulge in an activity that has always brought me peace and this kayaking tour exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend going on the nature tour and waking up early to get your blood flowing and your spirit soaring. I guarantee you'll have a great rest of your day. Our guide Luis was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The day happened to be windy and he helped me stay with the group. As I paddled along the lagoon on my my clear kayak, with the refreshing water cooling my skin, I witnessed a little turtle making himself at home in the kelp. A little later along the way, a starfish camouflaged himself on the lagoon floor. I felt a thrill to have spotted it. So many things about this place were disappointing. - The information about what time to arrive was inconsistent. Text message reminders said 30 minutes and emails said 45 minutes. - There were storage bins for belongings. No one ever locked or unlocked the bins. - The price to make a reservation was $49 per person and the walk up price was $30. - There was no "tour." It was very dark and hard to navigate around the lagoon. - Be prepared for your feet and shoes to be VERY wet. When you get out you have to step onto a step that will submerge your entire foot up to your ankle in water. - You will receive an air drop with photos ... of everyone on the tour. So be prepared for strangers to have your photo in their phone. read more
