The meat was soft, the rice had a nice crust and all mixed together with the sweet and savory sauce tied the dish together. Pork & Chive Dumpling Steamed - This reminded me a lot of homemade dumplings with the classic combination of pork and chive. It came out hot and savory which matched with the sweet and sour sauce. House Special Marinate Pork Rib Noodles - I expected this to be very rich but it was light and comforting especially in the cold weather. The meat fell off the bone and was super soft. The soup was slightly meaty and had a nice vegetable flavor. You can choose the type of noodle and our rice noodles were great.
