From the moment you approach this bakery, you can smell cookies or something heavenly baking outside. It's pure comfort all the way inside this cozy little shop. Everything here is made on-site. There are many sweet and savory items: cake, cookies (far superior to Crumbl), keto and vegan options, empanadas (delicious, have them heated up), pastries, etc. But what I love most here---the pies! I had called the day before to order an apple pie, and they were able to make it in time for my event. I've also ordered a Key lime pie in the past which was a huge hit. It's just so nice to find a place that makes pies and does them well! They also make mini pies, so you can try their different flavor flavors and see what you like the most. The woman behind the counter was really friendly and patient, given it took me some time to choose from all their wonderful items. If you're looking for a bakery, that's worth driving to, MO&MA is your place!

I LOVE what they have to offer and my go to is the plain yogurt with pistachio cream and granola or berries. Been a fan since the beginning as Belove and will continue to be now as a Aleia... I'm so happy for them and just love everything about the business--not just their yummy desserts, but also the ambiance, the staff... and you can definitely feel the authenticity and passion the owners have for what they do.

Even with low sugar and less fat, people care about flavor. The vanilla yogurt is creamy and tangy, more like traditional Greek yogurt than overly sweet frozen desserts. It's not as sugary as typical froyo, but still satisfying. What sets it apart is the nutrition--low sugar, high protein, and packed with probiotics--so it feels more like a smart snack than a cheat treat. The classic size has 35 grams of protein. I ordered the vanilla in a kids size cup with berry topping and granola. Each cup comes with 2 toppings to choose from. The size was just about right for me. They do offer 3 size cups(kids size, classic and signature). They offer a good range of toppings, from fresh fruit to crunchy granola or even chocolate. The inside had a nice decor that was clean and modern. I recommend you check the hours beforehand because during the week it opens at 3:00pm and weekends at 1:00pm until 10:00 at night. The service and staff were helpful and kind. They let me sample the yogurt before I bought. Plus, there was a new flavor to try. I definitely recommend and will definitely be back soon!

Dessert stop at Cookiehead Bakery (Coral Springs)…read more I was craving something sweet before dinner, so I decided to check out Cookiehead Bakery around 6 pm. I'll be honest--I was expecting a bigger variety of cookies (and maybe some brownies), but at the time they had about 8 cookie options and 2 muffins available. Flavors included: walnut chocolate chip, classic chocolate chip, sugar cookie, Nutella red velvet, golden Oreo cookies & cream, Dubai chocolate, and lemon blueberry. They also offer soft serve, milkshakes, and coffee, which is a nice plus. I went with the last Dubai chocolate cookie ($6.42 with tax). The cookie itself was a little on the dry side, but the chocolate topping was really good and flavorful. Overall: worth trying if you're in the area, especially if you want something different--but I'd love to go back earlier in the day to see a fuller selection.

Walking into Cookiehead Bakery at 7:30 PM felt like entering a business that had already given up…read moreon itself. The sign says they're open until 10 PM, which apparently is more of a philosophical concept than an actual operating hour. Inside, it was so dim and lifeless that I genuinely questioned whether I was trespassing. No one at the counter. No sound from the back. No sign of human life at all. If a tumbleweed had rolled past the cookie case, it honestly would have fit the mood. And that cookie case? It looked less like a bakery display and more like the aftermath of a clearance sale nobody cared enough to restock. I stood there long enough to go through the full emotional journey from hopeful dessert run to "should I call someone to report this place missing?" before an employee finally appeared out of nowhere like they'd been summoned by confusion itself. Now, maybe I'm being a little harsh, but the vibe was unmistakable: I was interrupting absolutely nothing, and somehow still felt unwelcome. So I did the safe thing and ordered the chocolate chip, figuring if your signature cookie can't deliver, what are we even doing here? A cookie eventually appeared, and after all the suspense, mystery, and accidental haunted-house atmosphere, the payoff was... fine. Better than a gas station cookie, sure, but that is such a low bar it's basically underground. At these prices, I'm expecting bakery magic, not "slightly upgraded convenience store." The whole experience felt like the cookie version of showing up to a party after everyone already left. Dim lights, dead energy, and one lonely chocolate chip cookie trying its best to carry the reputation of the entire place. I've had worse, but not by much. Two stars. One for being technically open, and one because the cookie did, in fact, exist. For what they charge, mediocrity shouldn't feel this committed.

You have the option to order at the window outside, or, go into the shop to order. The moment you walk in, it very very overwhelming. Tons of trinkets, posters, colors, signs and memorabilia's and figurines everywhere! The more you look, the more you'll see. Staff seemed like they were there just for their paychecks, and not really caring for the customer service or offering their opinion or recommendations, the night we visited there was a good amount of patrons. There's seating off the right side of the shop and a few towards the back. They have a very wide selection of ice cream flavors. I settled for a dulce deleche, and it was just ok. We ordered that, and I took some pictures and left. The interior was too much for me, personally. Way too much going on.

They do have an espresso machine with some type of Colombian blend, but I was in a traditional Brazilian bakery so wanted to try Brazilian coffee. The server pointed to the self-serve drip coffee machine, near the front door, which displayed a disclaimer that refills are NOT included with the low purchase of $1.79. The counter kiosk provided hot and cold milk dispensers with sugar. The coffee was roasty and alerted my brain instantly to wake up. The cup was brown with a black snap lid, imprinted with a non Casa Do Pao logo coffee theme which is much better than a bland white styro cup. On my next visit here, the beef empanadas will be on my radar. The gender assigned bathroom had a nice 3-tier wooden shelving unit with some greenery and extra toilet paper. The large dark flooring squares were augmented nicely by the matte black & white porcelain tile walls.

The Magic Cow in Coral Springs has a 4.8-star Yelp rating, and their sister store in Davie is apparently one of the top 10 ice cream shops in the entire United States. So naturally, I had to see if the local legend lived up to the hype. (Spoiler: it did. And then some.) The moment we walked in, I was hit with that nostalgic mix of sugar, laughter, and magic that says you're about to make a very good life decision. The owner greeted us like old friends -- warm, funny, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell every scoop that leaves that counter has been crafted with pride. Now, about the ice cream. I went with the Carrot Cake flavor -- and let me tell you, it wasn't just ice cream; it was an experience. Folded into it were ribbons of caramel and bits of pie crust that somehow made me rethink all my previous dessert choices in life. One bite in, and I'm pretty sure I saw colors brighter than usual. My wife went for a combo of Better Batter Cake Carnival and Chocolate Batter Better, and to call it "excellent" would be an understatement. This flavor pairing was pure joy in stereo. I'm pretty sure she stopped listening to me talk for a good five minutes, which is the ultimate compliment to any dessert. Bottom line: The Magic Cow isn't just living up to its reputation -- it's churning out happiness, one scoop at a time. If you haven't been, fix that immediately. Your taste buds will thank you, your diet will forgive you (eventually), and your inner child will do a happy dance.
