Well, I broke my wrist and was unable to do so. A day and half before the party I found Dream Ark via an internet search. I sent an email inquiry and was immediately contacted by Roza. Miraculously she said she could do the job even with short notice. We discussed design ideas and colors. I then sent her photos of the party room. The day of the party Roza and her partner arrived 4 hours before party time and installed the most stunning balloon decorations and backdrop. After the party they came back and collected everything. She clearly does not know how business is conducted and I was not going to be an idiot and pay her in full just so she could scam me even more and not show up and take all of my money. Now I am out $650 and she did not show up to my event and I was left without decor / balloons. THIS LADY IS A SCAMMER AND A THEIF.
