This one used arroz mamposteado instead of white rice and it fits it perfectly. The spicy mayo is a nice new touch to it, and the arañitas are crumbled and gives it an excellent crunchy texture. In short - fast, nice, great tasting clean food with all the criollo roots present. I'm here right now eating but this placed deserved the instant review.

All the non-avocado mix-ins I chose were under $1 with the exception of the cucumber which was $1.25. You move along in a line similar to Sweetgreen, selecting your mix-ins as you go. At the end of the line, they mix up the salad very nicely and add your preferred dressing. My substantial salad rang up at $13.38 with tax. In my experience traveling in PR, not a lot of places offer large meal sized salads like places like Sweetgreen do on the mainland. The whole experience was a little slow since they were slammed with a lunch crowd when we visited. The parking here can be a little difficult as so many businesses share the same lot. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner so I am subtracting a star for the parking situation and bathrooms, but the salad is definitely a 5 star experience.

I offered to show disability paperwork, which I don't have to, but I carry with me as an opportunity to educate people on service animals and my rights.
