Salad, soup cafeteria style place. The concept, you go thru the line, choose your salad ingredients, they mix it for you with your choice of dressing..done. The salad choice is either a bowl or wrap. Each got a basic price starting around $4. Each ingredient you may want to add to the salad starts around $0.59. Protein choices include chicken, salmon smoked or grilled, steak. They have others but can't remember. Dressings choices are the usual, but I chose the guava vinaigrette. Something you don't see that often. I asked to try in advanced. They mixed everything for you, which is great. I also tried their calabaza "pumpkin" soup. They top it off with cheese and cilantro.!! Overall, was a tasty salad but can be an expensive one. Total cost $12.95. I was craving a salad from fries foods so it was a welcome meal. The line mibes a bit slow and staff speaks very little english.

I love Ponte Fresco, you can create your own salads, wraps and baked potatoes by adding ingredients you love and the dressing you prefer from a large selection. I come here very often for lunch and the service is great. It is a little bit overpriced but if you don't mind paying a little bit more, it is worth it.

This place it's a ripoff!!! Water and salad $14.75 and the ingredients they aren't even organic!!!

Always amazing! Their vegan lentil soup hits best with rice, H2OKT, and tostones! Never had a bad experience here!

Ponte Fresco beats "continental" Chipotle any time. Your salads are prepared right in front of you AND they arr actually look tasty.

Service is relaxed, I got a great table at 1 pm on a Friday and everyone around was just in full vacation mood. I got the calamari, mashed taro and passion fruit mocktail. Right on the beach, beautiful views, lovely atmosphere -- exactly what you want for a special occasion dinner in San Juan. We made a reservation and noted it was a birthday celebration. The staff acknowledged it at check-in, which was a nice touch, but that was the extent of it. Once we were seated, the birthday wasn't mentioned again -- which, for a restaurant at this price point, felt like a missed opportunity. The food was genuinely good. The guacamole was fresh and well-seasoned, served with malanga and tortilla chips -- a nice twist on the classic. The poke bowl was solid, fresh tuna, clean flavors, well-balanced. The star of the table was the grilled octopus with achiote -- tender, flavorful, served over a pigeon peas risotto with truffle oil. Really well executed. Service, though, needed work. Water glasses went empty and stayed that way. Had to flag down the waiter for a second drink. For a restaurant at this price level, that's the kind of thing you notice. The food earns the visit. The service needs to catch up to the setting.

We visited on a Monday night without a reservation and almost didn't get a table. The hostess was incredibly kind and explained that there was an 8:00 p.m. reservation that hadn't been confirmed. She offered to seat us if the party didn't arrive within the grace period. Thankfully, they never showed up, and the table became ours. From that point on, everything was fantastic. The food was spectacular, and the service was just as impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is charming and inviting--it really does feel like dining in a cozy "casita." If you're visiting San Juan, Casita Miramar is absolutely worth a visit. Great food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience.

The garlic bread was fine, not as good as the arancini. If you are hungry, get the chicken parm, my god it is the largest portion I have ever seen! I ate one of the 3 cutlets they served. Most times when a place gives a ton of food it is ok, well this was fabulous. Super thin, light breading that remained crispy and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The pizza was good as well. For dessert we had a well portioned flowerless chocolate cake which was paired with some vanilla bean ice cream. Divine! We sat in the restaurant portion near the secret door to the speakeasy so take your pick on what vibe you prefer. The wait staff were super helpful and responsive. We bought the kitchen staff a round for fun. Great experience, I recommend swinging by if you are in the neighborhood.

So imagine everyone had to go down the line and say their orders twice 2) There were two loud speakers playing music right by us, the music was so loud it was vibrating the floor and hurting our ears. We asked to turn it down 3 times and were ignored and had to suffer through it. 3) the servers were pouring bottled water like their life depended on it and afterwards I knew why because we ended up paying over 100$ of bottled water. They did not ask us if we wanted more bottles but just kept filling our water nonstop 4) the food took sooo long to come out, we were there for 4 hours from first order to dessert. Everything was very small portions and average at best. It was also soo salty at times I couldn't taste anything besides salt on my tongue. So disappointing for how long the wait was and definitely not worth 79$ id rather have gone to McDonald's. This place did not care about its customers and food was mediocre, I would never come back and you should save your money.

The space is beautiful with chic interiors, trendy lighting, and a calmer atmosphere than most of the other spots around the plaza. I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. The cocktail I ordered was extremely bitter and not enjoyable, but the real problem was the food. My cod came out rancid and my cousin's lamb was spoiled too. I asked the waitress to take a look and she immediately recoiled, admitted it was bad, and took it away. What upset me even more was that when I asked why it had been served at all, the explanation was that it "wasn't fully rancid, it had just started to ferment." That is no different and absolutely a food safety hazard. I ended up so sick that I vomited in the restaurant trying to get it out of my stomach, and everyone at the table has had horrendous food poisoning since. Two out of four dishes being rotten is unacceptable at any restaurant, let alone one presenting itself as high-end. The setting may be stylish, but none of that matters if the kitchen is serving food that is unsafe to eat. I left feeling disgusted and honestly concerned for anyone else who eats here.

My partner and I enjoyed a vast selection of the April 2026 menu items. 6 small plates was plenty for us to split. We started with two rolls with some butter that was brought to the table before our appetizers. They were warm and fluffy but average. Next we had the grouper bites which came on little arepa bread. Probably not a "must-get" but a nice warm introduction. Next was the kampachi- the fish was really great but the sauce was a little thicker/heavier than expected. Then came the grilled prawns. This was our favorite dish! The prawns were large & well cooked. Sauce was extremely savory with great crab and butter flavor. The fried chicken was our second favorite dish. Chicken was juicy, crispy, and well seasoned. The sauce was SPICY. Sweet and savory with an Asian twist with the addition of nuoc cham. We then had the morcilla crepes which were good but not something I'd get again. They were fine- soft, & meaty- not much to say. Lastly, we finished off our meal with a sweet plantain bolognese. The chocolate was so interesting and actually worked really well with the meat sauce. The agnolotti was filled with plantain! This unique dish was the perfect cap to the meal. We also tried a couple cocktails which were super creative as well. The sashamama which was made with sour milk punch was very good! The el cardenalito was a little too sweet. The a tomates si huele was a little too savory. Overall, the experience at Vianda was unique and special. Highly recommend!
