I would've loved to try this place and give it a great review but I can't. You know why? Because they're always CLOSED!! This is the second time I have came and they were closed. The first time I gave them a pass because it was posted on Instagram and I understand small businesses have a lot to juggle. But this time around I checked on Instagram before traveling over 30 minutes to the location and there was no mention of a business closure today so I made my way out there and to my chagrin, THEY WERE STILL CLOSED. She was too busy posting Al B. Sure on her business' story to be bothered to let potential customers know that they would be closed today. Don't bother driving up here, save yourself the disappointment.

Ordered the three ground turkey tacos al a carte. Tacos so good I forgot to get a pic. Was able to get a shot of the final taco before I devoured it. The tacos were fresh and full of ground turkey meat, that was seasoned very well. No complaints. Can't wait to try some of the other menu items!

Cute little place nice customer service but I just wanna ask how do you fucc up tacos or enchiladas??? These were the nastiest enchiladas and tacos I've ever had in my whole 46 years. I was on my way to York & Orleans but I saw the sign and decided to give them a try instead so I ordered the seafood enchiladas and a turkey taco and it was horrible it left a bad after taste in my mouth so I tried the taco and it was even worst the kool-aid was bomb though but never again yuck read more

Exceptionally tasty Mexican food with a soulful spin. Generous portions and efficient customer service. My only recommendations would be that since Nik Nak is basically a catering service that has its restaurant open to the public during daylight hours, it should make its hours of operation quite clear on social media sites, along with information about closing earlier than usual at times, based upon their catering schedule. Also, a phone that records messages after-hours is vital to their success with the public. By the way, I don't think "shanika" and "Nyla" whose negative reviews are posted below realize that this company is a catering service that opens its doors during the day to the public. I've ordered twice now over recent months by walking in and have found that the food is exceptionally good and well-seasoned. I have catered myself at times over the past 30 years. The court of public opinion can be harsh, when it doesn't realize the true nature of a business. Expressed to the owner that it be made clear to anyone viewing the business on TikTok or Instagram understand that the restaurant is subject to close without notice late afternoon at any given time, if they have evening catering commitments. Another point to consider: Covid has distorted the taste buds of many people. Could be applicable here with these two reviewer's, and their distaste for the food they ordered. My rating: four stars! read more

I have to say we have asked them to come through on meals for our office meetings and they have always delivered. First though the food is always good. It's also reassuring when people ask if we can order food from Nik Nak before our meetings. He was incredibly responsive, quick to answer questions, and helped with details I wouldn't have even thought about. When the weather started looking iffy, I thought I might have to cancel, but Kirk was super flexible, offering advice and reassuring me he could reschedule or refund if needed. Luckily, the sun came out and the party went on as planned. He showed up right on time, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process seamless. The bounce house was so affordable and a huge hit. Every single kid had a blast, and multiple parents asked me for his info because they were so impressed. THANK YOU KIRK! I called him back, he said he'll call his driver, he called me back asked me when I placed my order? Then he said he doesn't have anymore water slides. Then he promised to bring me one tomorrow and a combination jumper today "for cheap" unfortunately the party is today and started today. Pedro started laughing when I told him I have to let him go because I needed to calm down. I asked him if he thought him if he thought this situation was funny? Then he kept trying to sale me other small jumpers, when I ordered a water slide. I hung up on him. Don't do business with this guy. Unprofessional and unreliable.
