Parking was very special and I felt very welcomed. We had to stop and speak to a security guard, which was amazing. I brought in a few bags for selling, and it made me feel safe. Once I entered the business establishment I was greeted, and everybody was very friendly. They offered me a beverage and gave me an apple space for sitting on their comfortable chairs. I love how much light enters through the window windows because it makes your shopping experience fun and you can see the true colors of the bags. The bathroom was very clean. Julia was the woman I spoke to a week ago and she helped me through text message coordinate the purchase of a bag. She was very kind, patient and very thorough with all of the details that I requested upfront. When I finally met her in person to pick up the bag, she was super sweet and spent a lot of time with me. She answered all my questions and I will definitely work with her again in the future. I do wish they had some snack snacks because I always love snack snacks and I spent a few hours there. Overall loved the place. Will definitely go back. I love my bag and it's such good quality. It's even pet friendly. I brought my dog. Prices were competitive to market values which were great.

The store is immaculate - you feel like you are in one of the manufacturer's showrooms. You can shop on an ipad and they will bring you items you want to see, stored in the back. The showroom is sophisticated in its minimal aesthetic. The people working there are friendly and attentive. I have only sold here and the process is smooth and simple. I bring in my handbags/shoes and they take the items in for inspection and authentication. Each item takes about 15 minutes. They return with a list of your offers or reason they don't want the item. You are under no obligation to accept the offer nor do you pay a fee for authentication. Whatever you decide not to sell is returned to you; for what you do sell you have a few options - store credit, Neiman Marcus gift card, or cash payout. If you do the cash payout, you receive a direct deposit within in days. Make an appointment whether you are selling or buying, best way to do it. And plan on 15 minutes per item (if you have a lot, I recommend breaking up the appointments rather than having to wait, though I will say it never takes as long as they quote you).

I like the clothes but I just can't see giving money to this establishment when the employees can't engage. I walked in yesterday and there were two employees who never once said one thing to me. I walked around picked up something I was going to buy and then I put it back because no one spoke to me. This has not been the first time no one has spoken to me. I walked out and down the street and made purchases at two other boutiques because they were friendly and engaging. Please teach your staff how to be kind and welcoming to all. It's really not that hard. The women working here don't seem to care about customer service or they don't know how to engage with customers because they haven't been trained. I still have a gift card to use here and it will be awhile before I decide to use it or give it to someone else.

I should have known better, I've tried selling clothes at Plato's Closet, Flashback, Buffalo Exchange etc...and they never take my stuff. I don't know why and I promise I always made sure they were clean and in good condition. They were brands they listed they accepted on the site: Anthropologie and American Eagle...they didn't take any. The girls were super nice and I appreciated it. But it just always seemed wild to me that they take on brands such as Wild & Fable and A New Day...and my stuff isn't that super outdated again I don't know their process for selecting clothes because they do have curated pieces. In summary, for shopping it could be fun you can find some stuff but not on a thrift price. However as for selling, unfortunately at this point now I've just never had a good experience selling clothes at these kind of places. If you want to sell clothes you will have better luck on Poshmark where I've sold clothes more easily.
