Went to this store and was asked if I needed help several times. Had a great selection of shoes.

I'm a creature of habit. I find a shoe I like that is comfortable. The Skechers shoe I buy is air Cooled W/memory foam. I had 2 pairs @ home & 1 was completely worn dow on the heels so I figured it was time. At Skechers they always have buy one pair & get the second @ half price. I currently own about a dozen pairs of shoe. 3 or 4 pairs of gym shoes, 3 dress shoes, a couple of pairs of Skechers & a pair of hiking boots. I'm not Imelda Marcos so I don't need 1,220 pairs of shoes. Skechers are so comfortable. They aren't stylish like Italian loafers, but my feet are so much happier & pain free instead of pinching my feet in these pointy toed shoes. read more

I specifically came in here today because I just HAD to write a review about this stores awesome/helpful manager, Catherine...who goes WAY above and beyond any other store manager I have EVER dealt with! I have the WORST feet (+ nerve pain) and I've been trying to find my 2nd pair of comfy Skechers since last July when I bought comfy/relaxed dressy black shoes for my sons wedding! I have exchanged at least 4 pairs (2 months later, 3, 4 months later!) and Catherine has been so helpful and understanding I think we're becoming friends! KUDOS TO CATHERINE AT SKECHERS! read more

Purchased Skechers, but after 5 minutes of wearing them, realized they were not as comfortable and supportive as was hoped. They refused to give a refund because there were a couple pebbles on the bottom of the shoe. I offered to wipe them off, but they said their decision was final, and they could only offer a store credit. I'll never purchase any Skechers products again. read more

I'm very satisfied with the shoes that we bought, Like the shoes, very comfortable, good quality and the price is reasonable, plus there is a huge selection of shoes to choose from. Very nice place exactly what the family needs to be walking with confidence, comfortable wearing shoes. The sales associate is attentive and friendly and always pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to help you in every way. Working with the public can be stressful. It's nice to know that the employees here always do their best job possible even under stressful conditions. It was top notch customer service we received from them. Note even bad service, NO SERVICE AT ALL. Arrived in store about 25 minutes before closing on 10/22/18. Three staff members present, not one of them acknowledged us, not one offered to help or asked if we had questions. We were clearly trying to see shoes that were blocked by a ladder and employee was right there busying herself at cash register but completely ignored us. Looked at several shoes, searched for sizes, fully prepared to purchase if we'd had any assistance at all. After about fifteen minutes we left. Went home and ordered FOUR pairs of SKECHERS from Amazon. read more

My husband and I both wear Skechers and went in to replace the ones we own. The service at this store was really bad...... We found shoes for my husband and asked for help finding his size. The associate told us they aren't available in his size and then she walked off. No offer to find the shoes at another location, no offer to fond another style they did have in stock, nothing. We were both standing there in our old Skechers and the associate could have sold us both a couple pairs each....... Too bad she didn't care, we'll be shopping online now! read more

Went to sketchers and bought a pair of shoes back on October, 2015 and I paid 75 dollars for them. The first time I wore them was on 1/25/2016 and when I wore them to work the button on the side of the shoe broke off and I didn't think that would happen. When I called the sketchers outlet I was told that I had 45 days to bring them back but if I never wore them I wouldn't have to take them back. I spoke to a young lady at the store and at the sketchers customer service and was told that all they could give me was 39.99 back even though they were still new and I had just worn them. Don't purchase shoes there or buy any of their shoes because they don't warranty their product. I didn't want the money back all I wanted was another pair of shoes that wasn't defective and for the money that I spent on them and not what they wanted to give me back. I was even able to give them the date that I purchased them and she told me that it didn't make a difference. REALLY? read more
