When I initially came here a few times I would say that the employees were fairly, responsive and customer service focused however I would not say that that is the same case anymore. Customer service has gone down and so is the current collection the new balance offers. They also pretty much charged the same price if not more despite the prior models that are offered at this location. There are barely any sales anymore as well, so there really isn't any value here in terms of shopping besides trying out shoes that you could try out at another actual new balance location not this one.
