I came with an unworn jacket and it was at 61 days (one day beyond the 2 months deadline). I explained to both the salesperson and the manager that I was bedridden and it was impossible for me to come within the 60 days. They were hard about it and even defensive with condescending sentences like : We are sorry that you were sick and glad you are fine now but there is nothing we can do. It took a long time for the lady to make an "exception " as she called it . It was a painful experience and quite frankly, we don't need to come back as there are plenty of options out there. read more

It wasn't until I walked to the back of the store where one of the four that worked there offered to help me out. I asked about a couple running shells and pointed me in the right direction and the fitting room. His service was great now he just has to pass it along to his co-workers. I also noticed they had a treadmill for those who are interested in testing out their hot steppers before buying them. This Nike Location is horrible. It's very clear that the staff does not want to be there. We stopped by this past weekend. Due to COVID restrictions, they limit the amount of people they let in a time. They have a divider set up for the customers to line up. The staff member who was in charge of managing the line was not doing her job. She was a few feet away from the entrance socializing with her colleagues and not paying attention to the fact a line had started forming. The staff member only got closer to the entrance when she saw that some other customers (who ignored the fact that there was a line already forming with other customers waiting to get into the store) wanted to get in. She informed them that they were at full capacity and that they needed to wait in line. These customers instead of heading to the back of the line, they just stood at the front of the line and cut in line. Even at this point, this staff member did not come outside to check if there were other people standing in line; instead she continue to socialize with her colleagues. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. read more

They were not overtly friendly or welcoming upon entering the store but will attend to you if you ask for assistance. Seemed to practice more proactive service many years back. I was impressed by their variety They having all kinds of running shoes: casual long distance running, lighter weight shoes for competition, etc. They had a vast array of athletic clothing, which I will also need as it's chilly early mornings and late evenings. I usually don't run in the middle of the day. They didn't have too much headgear, but I usually don't wear hats when I run anyway. The whole time I was in the store I was followed around as if I was going to steal something. If you're lucky to be greeted at the door, that's about the highlight of your experience. If you want to return some shoes (and god forbid you'd dare to offend the sneaker gods), be prepared for a 20 year-old to school you on non-existent return policy that's supposedly written somewhere in the abyss of the internet. An exchange that was just for a different size literally took 30 min and the same was happening with the rest of the customers that were returning. 3.5 Stars I've been to this new Nike Running location a few times now. Most of the time I browse and leave unimpressed, feeling they don't stock their best selections and don't carry some of the better items they offer online or at larger stores. Today however they had a bunch of their new Fall running items and a few other Training line tops and pants on hand that we're really cute! I'm certainly not loyal to Nike for my running gear needs. I definitely wouldn't recommend Nike in terms of footwear for any real running over Asics or Brooks so I tend to skip the shoe section although they probably have some great tennis on hand for different needs. When it comes to quality however, I do think Nike has items I can stand behind, that hold up for many years through wash and wear. I notice a few of their tops can chaff in distance (usually over 20 miles) running but they are definitely great quality items that hold up longer than my lululemon wear which can cost about the same. The staff is friendly enough. I wouldn't rule out stopping in here to browse their selection but wouldn't count on finding something since the selection is a bit iffy.They're a great addition to old town Pasadena. Now I need a good 1k gift card for Fall running/gear essentials after my most recent visit today. read more

Sorry guys. Total fail. I was looking for shoes for my two girls 6 and 8 years old. I wasn't sure if the had kids shoes so I called in advance. I told them my kids ages and the guy on the phone said they have a good selection of kids shoes. When I arrived they said not only could they not size my kids feet because of covid but that they only had one pair of tennis shoes that would fit them.
