After a simple root touch-up, the stylist applied strong bleach to my dry, previously lightened ends and left it on far too long. My scalp burned and smoked -- I have photos and video -- and by the time it was rinsed, I had lost a significant amount of hair. I am not exaggerating: I lost about half of my hair that day. My scalp now has painful sores. When I began crying from the pain and shock, the stylist showed no sympathy. The owner eventually washed my hair because of the scene I was making, but the person who applied the bleach appeared unconcerned the entire time. Other local stylists who have seen my hair were shocked at the level of lift used and how long it was left on. I have cosmetology training (Paul Mitchell), so I know this was over-processing and should have been addressed immediately. This was not a simple accident -- the damage could have been prevented if proper technique and care had been used. I have the stylist's license number, photos, and video evidence. I am pursuing legal action and will be reporting this incident to the state cosmetology board. I will also be sharing my experience publicly so others can make an informed decision. Please do not trust this salon with chemical services. I am traumatized by what happened and hope my review prevents someone else from going through the same experience.

The part that concerned me the most was that if I had not reached out to her I would have been ghosted by her on my wedding day. She said she would help find someone else but she just sent me Instagram links for random makeup artists in my area that had minimal experience doing indian weddings. I hope she is held accountable one of these days because she seems to intentionally overbook and not notify her clients that's she dropping them. See is always professional, on time and makes a lot of jokes and keeps you entertained. Her spray tans are some of the longest lasting I've received and I never feel "dirty" or "stinky" afterwards. Last month when I went here to get my eyebrows and upper lips done the lady proceeded to sell me a facial (no big deal) but while saying my skin needs it and I have to get one to have good skin. My skin is pretty clear (no blemishes, no large pores, no breakouts at the time). My last experience was horrible, I went in with my eyebrows grown out a bit and asked for an eyebrow clean up and upper lip wax. While she was threading my eyebrows she said one of my eyebrows are thinner than the other (the moment I knew she messed up). My eyebrows were pretty even, but obviously not perfect. When She was done threading she started to wax my upper lip and I think there was wax left so she threaded the left over hair and cut my lip! The side of my lip was swollen. Typically when you're done with your eyebrows they show you so I did a quick glance and my eyebrows and put the mirror down. I paid and tipped her and left. When I checked my eyebrows in the car one eyebrow was infact thinner than the other but not only that, it was LOWER than the other. It was very noticeable. I'm never going back here.
