Stumbled upon this shop yesterday. I drove from Katy and was not disappointed. Chetna took care of me. She did my eyebrow threading. It was my 1st time so I was a bit nervous, bit she was so gentle. The price is very reasonable, so I have her a decent tip. They or very welcoming and professional. It's hard to find service like that with genuine people. Needless to say ill.be traveling from Katy to visit them. read more

Not sure about the Salon, but please beware when booking for weddings/events onsite. Her team is not professional or hygienic. 3am start two of them late. Brushes were dirty, drugstore makeup. Hair team really didn't know how to do hair with exception of her daughter. Makeup was not contoured... almost everyone unhappy and some showered and redid own. Some chose not to after seeing initial clients. Buyer beware and most definitely do a trial or ask to see portfolio! read more

After years of coming here, the service has only gotten better and the prices even more competitive! Even though I no longer live in the area, I will come.back here to get my eyebrows and other threading needs done. The prices are unbeatable and the service is very consistent. All of the ladies are really nice, even if they confuse me with my sisters occasionally...but we do look a lot alike and rarely come in together. They take their time on my eyebrows and other areas and always double check their work with you to make sure everything is how you like it. Eyebrows only cost $5! I booked through Groupon and called the salon the next day to schedule an appointment. I was told that the person who does the laser hair removal was on vacation and would call me the following week to book an appointment. 2 weeks later I called because I never received a phone call. They again, said they would call me back. Never heard back. I called again a few days later and the line was busy multiple times.. I called one more time a week later and they said that they would call me for sure by 4:30.. 2 days later, nothing. Really disappointed, got the run around for a month before getting a refund. read more

I love coming here! They are so friendly and the service is great. When I'm in the area I take advantage and get my face waxed and eyebrows threaded. For just $20 I can't beat that! The places close to my house want to charge $25-$40 and I find that too much. I can't wait to go back. read more

This review is for the lady on the first chair to the right side..I don't know her name but she does not do eyebrows well at all. I went to her twice (my own fault for trusting her the 2nd time). She said my eyebrows were too thin..I've been growing them out for over a month so no way that's possible. She does not know how to shape eyebrows...it doesn't even look like I've gotten them done. Even when I asked her to fix it, she acts as if it's not possible. Definitely not happy with my service. read more

I told her I wanted to keep them thick but just needed them shaped and cleaned up. She took her time and asked me in between if I liked them before proceeding further. I stumbled upon this place on accident whenever I had visited the pawn shop next door to make a payment. I was greeted so nicely and I had asked for waxing because I didn't know they did threading there. And she offered threading and I went with it and it didn't hurt at all! I loved how my brows looked! And it was only $5 which is so reasonable for threading. Today was my second time there and I was greeted by Jyoti. She was so sweet and she did a fabulous job!! I have been getting my eyebrows done with Jothi Aunty for almost 10 years. She is amazing in all the things she does. It never hurts when Jothi aunty threads and she knows how to fix my eyebrows if another places messes it up. Prices are overall cheaper than other Indian salons and quality is exceptional. I also love the facials; they are wonderful, include great facial massages, affordable esp during monthly deals, and spend so much time on the customer. I've been coming to see Jotyi for quite some time now- almost 10 years. She seems to be the only person who doesn't make me cry when she does my eyebrows. I've got sensitive skin and she just does a great job. They also offer facials and usually there's some sort of deal going on. I think the girl who normally does my facial is Rajvi? I'm terrible with names but she's awesome at it. If you get some of the more expensive facials (which actually aren't all that expensive) you get a massage to go with it. I live in katy and I refuse to find something closer to my home because of the great service here. read more

Typically when they get to that point, it hurts like a B when I finally get them done. Jyoti was gentle and listened to what I wanted and even gave me tips on what would look better! I just moved to Houston and got LUCKY coming here to this place. It's always scary when going to a new hair salon. I have long hair and got a full color & cut. They used two different colors to get my hair color even. They did a Great job!!! The ladies are very nice and friendly and know what they're doing. I absolutely love this place! Joyti and her team are amazing! I get my threading done here every two weeks. I also get a facial done at least every quarter. Eyebrows - anyone there can do them well. Unlike many other places, they actually listen to whatever shape you want your eyebrows to be in (and not just do what they like). Riddhi and Rajvi are amazing ladies highly recommend them! As for their facials, I've had several done and my absolute favorite is the 24KT gold one! I feel like my skin feels so soft, supple, and my pores are all cleared out. Highly recommend! read more

I made an appointment and had a very good experience. Yasmeen was the one who did my waxing and threading. She is a super woman and amazing lady. She is super fast and neat. I am totally satisfied.
