There was a slight issue, and they jumped all over it and made sure we were 100% happy without arguing or anything. They did excellent work. Their initial estimate was a lot higher than my insurance company, and even though they weren't my insurance companies "preferred" supplier they worked with my adjuster without me getting involved. They went back and forth a few times, and the entire bill was covered without anymore out of pocket from me besides the deductible. Their communication is also top notch from the initial estimate to status updates on the car. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. When they gave me a date on when they would follow up again they hit that, and they completed the car ahead of schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to everyone I know.

I took my car in because my sunroof was stuck open. They gave me an estimate to fix it and I agreed to have the service done. Ultimately they were not able to fix it and I still had to take it to the dealer for repair who told me the damage that was done would result in an even more expensive repair. Overall, I had a horrible experience with poor communication throughout. They had my car for several weeks and I had to chase them for updates. After the first week with no updates, I finally reached the shop manager and the response I got was to "be patient". This was the state of my car when I picked it up, which was not the state I dropped it off in. Although my car was over 10 years old it was in nearly perfect condition when I dropped it off. The car was hit while parked on the street outside the shop. When I saw the damage I went back into the shop and they sent me to their body shop to have it buffed out. Much of the damage came out but not all of it. Nothing was offered to rectify the damage done to the interior of the car. I sent emails to the shop with the pictures below, but got no response.

The two dings on the driver's side, Mike was able to get out 1 completely but the other one there was still a slight ding but he got out most of it. I think those 2 dings were difficult get out as the dings were close together. Regardless I was very happy overall with the service Mike provided, he is extremely professional and his experience with paintless dent removal is evident. Whether he meant it as a joke or not, it was completely inappropriate and instantly destroyed any trust I might have had in the shop. To make matters worse, he also criticized a previous estimate I had received from the same shop, saying that the original estimator "didn't know what they were doing." That level of disrespect toward both customers and coworkers was unacceptable. In the end, I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere for repairs--and I'm glad I did. I had already reviewed the estimate beforehand and knew they were charging 6.2 hours of labor at $175/hour which felt extremely inflated for the work being done. For context, I called around to several shops and ended up receiving a quote for $745. When I went in to question the pricing with Nick, the quote suddenly dropped to $1,247. That's a huge difference for the exact same job - 32% to be exact. If there's that much "flex" in the price, it really makes you question how the original number was justified in the first place. At the same time, I was told they don't inflate estimates which didn't line up with what I experienced. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and undermined my trust in their pricing transparency.
