I'd give 10 stars if I could. I have a "kid car" and because of the heat the scent of aged goldfish crackers and old fast food was only getting stronger. I didn't hold out much hope that they were going to be able to get out deep coffee stains in my passenger seat and the greasy mess from the kids in the back seat, I just wanted it to smell a little better. Let me just say the only problem now is that I don't want the kids to come back into my car. It. Is. So. CLEAN. All stains and smells gone. I had the Platinum Interior Detail Service and I must say that I was underwhelmed. Contrary to what some other reviews indicated, my car interior did not come out looking brand new. They had not removed all of the upholstery stains, especially in the driver's seat. And although the company's website specified "Clean interior & exterior windows" as part of the Platinum Interior Detail Service, Eddie insisted that the front and back windows were actually "windshields" and therefore not included in the service (even though they had cleaned inside those windows). I told Eddie that if he was going to make a distinction between windows and windshields, he needed to make that clear to his customers on his website. At my insistence, he finally wiped down the back window, smearing dirt in the process, but he still managed to leave without cleaning the exterior front window. Finally, they almost skipped cleaning the glove compartment and the console. When I asked about it, Eddie said that it was because I still had personal belongings in there they they did not want to move. I told him that I did not know if I was supposed to clear out those areas first before they started. He said that he usually sends an instruction sheet to customers with a confirmation email the day before scheduled service, telling them how to prepare the car, which included removing personal belongings. I showed him the confirmation email I received which did not include instructions. In all, it was a struggle to get what I paid for in the Platinum Interior package of services. Since it was a swelteringly hot day, with a delay caused by a monsoon-like rain, I could understand Eddie and his assistant wanting to cut out as soon as possible. I still tipped them, but in retrospect, I am kind of sorry I did. read more

This is just simply a phenomenal service. I caught wind of Chicago Mobile Detailing when they were detailing our neighbor's car and it was seriously like a God send. I have an extremely busy schedule so trying to book an appointment and take my car somewhere has proven to be impossible. Like other reviews said, they are very responsive and reliable. I originally booked an appointment for the 4th of Nov since I was out of town, but my husband contracted covid so I had to change the appointment. They responded via email almost immediately and we were able to determine a new date right away. They arrived promptly on time and while I had electrical outlets and water access, they had their own to use. They even pulled the car out of the garage to wash to avoid water in the garage. I was stunned at how amazing my car looked. It literally looked like I pulled it out of the dealership with how immaculate the cleaning was.
