If you work in the phone repair business, customers should be able to expect a proper diagnosis, clear communication, respect for their privacy, and basic courtesy. I am asking management to review the security camera footage from around 1:15 p.m. so they can see how this interaction was handled and evaluate the conduct of their employees for themselves. Also the reason I had stated that it was unverified was because you had asked me what it said on my battery health and I had replied by saying it says nothing just unverified. I shouldn't even been having an issue after having a brand new battery in my phone hence why I contacted you guys because I wanted to know if that's usually how it works a month in a half after a repair. Also the reason why I didn't bring in the phone because after being on the phone with Apple and having them run a diagnostic report which stated that I have a very poor battery in my phone they told me usually individual stores that replace batteries always end up giving issues so instead of constantly going back and forth I thought it's much better for me to go directly to Apple.
