There was already some confusion because only the eyebrow service was showing on her screen, but we agreed to proceed with the Bikini Full. Somewhere along the way, there was a miscommunication and I ended up receiving a Brazilian instead. I want to be clear that Jazlyn herself was very attentive, kind, and reassuring throughout my appointment. I understand that miscommunications happen, and I did not blame her for the situation. My frustration was with how the front desk attendant, Zoe, handled it. I was told I had to pay the Brazilian price even though I had booked and communicated that I wanted a Bikini Full. When I questioned this, Zoe brought Jazlyn to the front to discuss what happened in front of several other customers. Given the personal nature of the service, this made me extremely uncomfortable and felt unnecessary. I would have appreciated some acknowledgment of the booking/miscommunication issue and a private, professional attempt to resolve it. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated over how the situation was handled. I hope management uses this as an opportunity to provide additional training on customer service, discretion, and de-escalation.
