I was then told I can only get a partial refund because I signed a paper that says 24-hour cancellation policy but yet it was ok that they told me I had to pay for a full set, and spend 2 hours more there, just 30 minutes before the appointment. I cancelled in plenty of time for her to schedule someone else. I understood if I cancelled 48 hours before appointment,-- which I did - -I would get deposit back. I have used other permanent cosmetic companies, and no deposit was ever required. No "punishment" for cancelling either. Terrible policy and unwavering owner to not give MY money back.
