I was surprised to see the bad reviews on Yelp, but in my conversation with the owners, I found out they took over about 2 months ago. The new owners have completely transformed the atmosphere--warmer, more professional, and far more organized than the reviews I saw online. They stayed after closing hours to ensure we left happy, and they won't let you go unless your nails are perfect! I can see that the owners care about their work and are passionate about building their business. They are fairly new so I would recommend booking an appointment or calling in advance if you're short on time. We waited for a while since they were understaffed for Mother's Day but I think the wait was well worth it.

The lady handed me a price list from the stack of pamphlets sitting on the counter. When it was time to checkout none of the prices matched the charges. I brought this to her attention and she said the list she gave me was old. She refused to honor the prices and said there was no manager or anyone else who would change the prices. Helen did a great job on my nails. I loved the Christmas design. Allen got me the worse pedicure EVER. Victoria gave my husband the BEST pedicure. She then started talking crap in her language, got up and refused to do my nails. She continue to talk and I asked her if she can speak in English because I know what she's saying. She said no I continue to talk. At that point I felt extremely mistreated. It wasn't until I called my mom to speak to the employees in Vietnamese when they finally started being nice. If you're looking to be treated equally no matter what this is not the place. I also asked for regular polish because honesty child polish is ridiculous in price. Tom gave me gel polish anyways. At that moment, I just really wanted to get whatever and leave But within hours it started peeling. I had to pay $50 for gel polished that I originally did not want. However, Tom does have a good personality and customer service skills. I think he was a little shook up about what happened his self or could've done it on purpose. We don't know.
