Let me start off by saying Kirstin was an amazing and attentive server! She was always checking on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I started off with the N/A Neon Jungle which was great! The kiwi flavor was just right and the drink was so refreshing. Had dinner here with friends and the food and service were great. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating as well as a full bar. We shared some starters including the Tokyo ribs, ham croquettes, and crispy Brussels sprouts. They were all delicious and the Brussels sprouts were some of the best I have had. The flavor was phenomenal! I had the short rib pasta as my entree and it had fabulous flavor. There was a ton of short rib and I would have actually liked a little more pasta to ratio it out. An overall slightly off night when I came last weekend. Party of 10 for a 7:30PM dinner reservation. It's hard to put into words how picturesque the outdoor ambiance is. The course looks like turf instead of enigmatically well-maintained grass. Coupled with eating during sunset, you have all the scenery for a social media-worthy photoshoot. Our waitress was also fantastic, so full marks for service as well. I felt like the food did not quite live up to expectations. The big pretzel is whimsical, albeit inconsistent. We ordered two of them - one was perfectly cooked while the other one was stale or perhaps overcooked. That said, the drinks were pretty much spot-on. I had a Moscow mule and a Mexican mule - the latter being recommended to me - and both were great. My relatives also enjoyed their drinks, ranging from beer to other cocktails. Entrées were hit or miss for the most part. I ordered a spicy rigatoni and sausage special, but felt misled by the order. Apparently the pasta contained a spicy marinara, but looked and tasted more like a spicy vodka sauce instead. Was sort of disappointed by that as I tend to refrain from ordering vodka pasta dishes. The meal was good, notwithstanding the tiny portion and the relative lack of sausage on my plate. I am not kidding when I said there was around 10-12 noodles on my plate. Overall felt like I paid too much for too little food as I remained hungry. Two of my relatives ordered the bar burger and were somewhat indifferent - neither impressed nor underwhelmed apart from the stale fries they received. In spite of this, other orders were proficient, namely the scallops and the salmon. Both were very good from what I was told. The dessert was very well made. The bread pudding was great; the only change I would recommend is to reduce the soupiness, but that may have pertained to my order specifically. Tiramisu was good, too. I would say the experience was closer to 3.5 stars than 4, but I feel like rounding down would have discounted the overall positive experience here. It would have also done injustice to the proficient drinks, dessert, ambiance, and service. It's a bit pricey here, presumably since it's at a nice golf course. That said, if you can get a sunset dinner reservation, I recommend giving Nineteen a try. You probably won't be disappointed. read more

Came to the clubhouse for dinner with friends and to enjoy the Christmas decor and ambiance- they did not disappoint! The staff was great as usual, Brian was our server and he was excellent! Sid the manager stopped by to greet us and check on us and he was very pleasant as well. The cocktail menu was fantastic and our group enjoyed both cocktails and cocktails. For an appetizer, we split the brussels and they were delicious! Entrees included pork chop, scallops, chicken over angel head pasta and the duck and were all absolutely delicious. Celebrated my friend's birthday this Sunday with Sunday brunch at Nineteen and the experience left me wanting more. From the time we pulled into the valet parking to the beautiful views of the green and not to mention the amazing service we received! We started our brunch with mimosas, expresso martini, and a carrot and ginger cocktail... all of which were delicious. We moved on to appetizer with the Kale apple vinaigrette salad and the banana bread + fruit plate which was also tasty. The salad was fresh and the flavors complemented each other well. The bread was moist and flavorful. We then ordered our brunch which included shrimp and grits, brisket hash, chicken and waffles, and the blackened grouper sandwich. All of the meals were full of flavor and everyone commented on how great their food tasted overall. Highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for an upscale brunch vibe. read more

I love golf and I love restaurants, so it was hard for me to not like Nineteen at TPC Sawgrass. That said, I thought the food and service were good. I was really happy here. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, not just golfers or golf fans. This is a nice-casual New American restaurant and bar. They serve breakfast (7-11am), lunch (11am-5pm), and dinner (5-9pm) daily, plus brunch every Sunday (10am-3pm). Like TPC Sawgrass, Nineteen is open to the public. Unlike the golf course, prices at Nineteen aren't exorbitant. They're in line with other "elevated" New American restaurants. While the clubhouse, bar and dining room, and veranda (large covered patio) are quite nice, the atmosphere is casual. We visited for lunch. The clientele was a mixture of golfers and non-golfers. I can see dinner being more formal, and dressing up is certainly appropriate for the venue. While this is home to one of the top courses in the world, it doesn't feel like a stuffy, private country club, and that's one thing I love about this place. I'm a fan of OpenTable because you can easily find and book restaurant reservations using OpenTable's website or app and earn dining points which you can use to redeem rewards such as restaurant discounts and Amazon gift cards. I've redeemed both. I thought it was cool TPC Sawgrass' restaurant was available on OpenTable. It's not something I've seen often with golf course restaurants. We had an ordinary Friday reservation at 12:30pm for a party of four. I asked to be seated on the veranda and it was awesome. The weather was perfect and we got magnificent views of the 18th hole, the TPC lawn, and the presentation lawn. With my beautiful wife and good friends by my side, yummy food, refreshing drinks, and friendly service, I kind of felt like I was in heaven. I love the architecture of the TPC Sawgrass clubhouse. It was designed in the Mediterranean Revival style. To be able to sit and eat lunch there was just a real treat for me. Inside, the bar and dining room have a more traditional, refined clubhouse feel. The staff offers free tours daily. They keep the dishes simple yet modern. I think there's something for everyone. The drink menu at lunchtime was impressive with a sizable selection of wine and cocktails, plus beer. The other apps were par for the course, no pun intended. The Roast Beef sandwich and Burger were both delicious and filling. I think my wife and I both preferred the Roast Beef over the Burger. It was very savory and flavorful. The Burger was solid too, though the meat was a tad overcooked. High-quality ingredients all around. My wife really enjoyed the Queen's Jubilee cocktail. She said it was tasty. Our server was Rolland. Abby and Maddy also helped us. I thought everyone did a great job. I had a bag of leftovers. Since we were doing a tour after lunch, I asked Maddy, at the hostess stand, if she could store my leftovers in a fridge for me while I was away on a tour. She kindly obliged. The leftovers were just as satisfying the next day. We were on-site the previous day during happy hour. Happy hour is 4:30-6:30pm, Monday-Friday. They have happy hour specials and, during our visit, there was live music outside. The vibe was fun and festive. Specials included half-off select wines and cocktails, such as the TPC Old Fashioned ($8, regularly $16) and the Diamante Tee Time, made with Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila, green tea, jalapeno, and lemon (also $8, regularly $16). Great weather to have brunch outside overlooking the golf course inside TPC Sawgrass. The outdoor veranda offers extensive seating with panoramic views of the 18th hole hence Nineteen. It's open to the public so just tell the guard out front that you're dining-in. We had an 11:45AM reservation and we were seated right away upon arrival. "Nineteen features a creative array of freshly prepared American and Continental cuisine in a warm, inviting atmosphere." For starters, we ordered some Pork Belly Bao Buns. Nice combination of Peruvian sesame bbq sauce and purple cabbage and carrot slaw. For the Mains, my wife and I each ordered and shared the Croque Madame and Power Bowl. The Croque Madame consisted of ham + smoked pork belly + gruyere cheese avocado + sauce mornay + sunny side up egg. It's open-faced paired with Caesar salad. Yummo! A 20% gratuity was already included in our bill which was a little odd for a party of 2, but not an issue since our server did a great job. read more

This is my first time at TPC Nineteen. The view is breathtaking. Even the drive up to the restaurant was green all over. There's complimentary valet. The restaurant is located in the clubhouse which gives a rich old school feel. The service was quick. It wasn't to busy probably because it was a Sunday afternoon. I went to celebrate a friend's birthday and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Our server was a older gentlemen who seemed to be a bit frazzled. He waste some of the mimosas on one of our guests. Although he may have done is a favor as I was told by others that the mimosas weren't all that great. I had a espresso martini and it was great. Now the food, the appetizer selection wasnt extensive so I went with the fruit tray. The pineapples actually reaked of an onion smell. I advise one of the servers that they may have placed the pineapples to close to the onions. He said he was pass the message along. For my main course I had the brisket hash. That has was so good it made all of the not so great things fade away. The brisket was smothered in a housemade BBQ sauce and it enhanced the flavor perfectly. I asked for a over easy hard egg and I had to send it back to the kitchen as it was delivered runny. Once it returned to me, it was perfect. Nineteen at TPC Sawgrass is a real hidden gem near Jacksonville. I didn't realize anyone could make a reservation at this world famous golf club. A friend invited me to happy hour there and my whole experience was so memorable that I planned a happy hour a few weeks later when my parents were visiting from out of town. The only awkward part about going here is that the front gate security act very confused when they ask where you are going. Both times I said I had a reservation at Nineteen and they seemed confused. I'm not sure why. They opened the gate for me and I drove in. Your GPS will guide you to the restaurant and driving through the property is so beautiful. There is valet or free self-parking nearby. You will feel like a celebrity pulling up to this private and beautiful "clubhouse". I requested Caleb as a server since he was so amazing the first time, and lucky for us he was working during our reservation! The girls working at the hostess stand were friendly and professional, and seated us right away. The tables have big comfortable chairs on wheels. It definitely entices you to stay and keep ordering more food and drinks. ;) Caleb greeted us and my parents loved him right away. He thoroughly explained the menu giving suggestions along the way. This time I had a dirty martini with Tito's that was on happy hour, and I think it was only $8? My dad's drink was the showstopper. A standard Old Fashioned, but with a special logo ice cube inside. Caleb also made my mom a half and half sweet tea since she didn't want it to be to sweet. She said it was perfect. We ordered the pork belly sliders, tots, and brussel sprouts and snacked while enjoying our drinks and the view. This place is beautiful and I love that they serve high quality food and drinks without being pretentious. Absolutely ask for Caleb if you visit! It's a casual sit inside sit outside drinks, order several things to split etc. however, choices are minimal, and things aren't cheap l also, they do add gratuity just FYI. My family and I came here for brunch on a Sunday morning. We made reservations and requested to sit outside. The view overlooks the golf course and on a nice day, it's absolutely beautiful. I ordered the TPC salad with grilled chicken, which came with dried cherries, candied pecans, and blue cheese. It was delicious. Everyone in my party really enjoyed their meal. They had a great menu and I decided on the Chicken and Waffles! We enjoyed lunch at Nineteen at TPC Sawgrass on Christmas Eve day. We had reservations for noon. Dalton took wonderful care of us - answering all of our questions and providing suggestions at our request. We started off with the TPC pretzel that is served on a custom wood golf club apparatus that provides a wonderful presentation. We could hear someone at a nearby table ask what we had ordered. The pretzel is served warm with queso and a spicy mustard. Everyone at our table of 4 enjoyed it! Some of the items we ordered from the lunch menu were the BLT, the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and the club sandwich. The homemade potato chips were amazing and served in a cute mini fry basket. It was on the chilly side but we walked outside on the back patio to take in the amazing view of the golf course and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. We all really enjoyed our lunch and I'm sure any meal would be delicious in this beautiful setting. read more

It was Mah Wife's birthday today so she decided on tNineteen at TPC Sawgrass (@nineteenattpc) for dinner. It's a beautiful property and a neat mini-museum of some of TPC Sawgrass' greatest moments. For an app, we started with a couple of pork belly bao buns. It's braised pork belly topped with a Peruvian BBQ sauce and a purple cabbage carrot slaw. And because it was Happy Hour when we ordered they were half price. Delicious pork buns with a bit of heat from the sauce. For an entree, I got the short rib pasta. Al dente pappardelle pasta tossed with shredded tender short rib meat, bolognese cream sauce, herbs, and a snowfall of grated Asiago cheese so high, I think I saw Jim Cantore broadcasting live from the middle of it. At first glance, I felt like the portion size was too small, but the meat and sauce and pasta was so rich, I barely made it through. There were some half-cracked p peppercorns that normally I would find annoying, but biting through one of those gave me a bit of spicy relief to keep going. Such a fantastic dish. I managed to save room for dessert so I got a bread pudding. It's topped with salted butterscotch sauce and a scoop of sea salt caramel ice cream. Two orders of the lobster rolls with sweet potato fries and one order of the smash burger with their own style chips. The lobster rolls came as two large scoops on two rolls with the sweet potato fries in between in a small metal basket. Excellent choice for both orders. The smash burger comes with melted cheese, a tomato, lettuce and onions on an open bun with special sauce. Another excellent choice. Our server Raymond took great care of us, was attentive, polite and ever present waiting to fill our water glasses or anything else we might need. The ambiance was upscale sports bar/restaurant with large TV's on all the walls, along with portraits of some famous golfers. We went for brunch on Sunday. The cocktails and food were very good. One quibble with my meal: I got the Superfood Bowl for $21. It is basically very delicious, expensive rice with 2 leaves of kale, 1 poached egg, and 1/2 small avocado. For $21 of Superfood, I would expect more vegetables in this dish, rather than a high-end rice bowl. But my husband enjoyed his steak and eggs, that was more predictable. read more

We came for an anniversary dinner and were very satisfied. The hostess greeted us with a welcoming "Happy Anniversary" and suggested a quiet area to be sat in for the evening. When we asked the server for suggestions on cocktails, she was very helpful in choices once we discussed our likes in flavors and distaste. Our server was very helpful, timely, and polite when we asked for a few more moments as we had never dined there so we wanted to take more time to read through the menu and after asking questions about some of the items. There were so many choices to decide from on the menu, so we opted to order all but two of the starters. We must say there were no bad choices we received! read more

The location is beautiful. We were seated promptly on a Monday morning for breakfast. We sat outside and really enjoyed the view. Our waitress brought out a booster seat and high chair, as well as crayons and kids menus. While waiting for our food, the kids had fun walking around, enjoying the fresh air. Our food looked great upon arrival, but looks can be deceiving. The hashbrowns had a funny taste to them, the green smoothie was inedible (it tasted like iced spinach), and my husband took a few bites of the french toast and pushed it away. The oatmeal was good, but I doctored it (asking for oat milk and maple syrup, and adding more berries from the fruit plate). The kids split the full breakfast. My husband sampled it; he said the blueberry muffin and bacon were good, but the eggs were average. "Nothing special about them. Eggs you'd find on a buffet line or at a Denny's." The waitress asked if the smoothie was any good and I wrinkled my nose. She apologized and said another woman this morning had complained about the smoothie, and a new guy was manning the smoothie machine. She removed the smoothie from our bill, which was very kind and nearly convinced me not to write this review. But the bill is deceptive; they include automatic 20% gratuity but bury it in a "service charge" line. Then, in the normal spot for gratuity on a bill, there was "additional gratuity". I was about to leave a 20% tip when I clarified with a passing waiter. Had I, I would've been tipping not only on TOP of a 20% tip, but factoring in the tipped amount ($14) when calculating my 20%. So on a $60 bill, I almost accidentally gave a $28 tip. For mediocre food! read more

Beautiful view of the 18th fairway but can't really see the green. Patio is shaded well but the inside is air conditioned for great relief from the humidity. 4 big screen TVs and a couple small ones at the bar showcase 3 different games at once. There are several tables from a huge round table for 6 to numerous 4 tops and a couple rectangular high tops that seat 8. We ordered a Slsweet tea to cool off while we peruses the menu. It wasn't overly sweet but had a slight bitterness to it, but very drinkable. We decided to have a share, a salad, and an entree to get a taste of each section of the menu. Tandoori Scallops - Fresh scallops with a gentle sear served upon some kind of bean. The sauce has a mustard bite to it but the pepper really adds the heat. This is a wonderful dish that you will definitely want to enjoy. Caesar salad - They split the salad between two plates which was very nice. The salad was very big with a homemade dressing. I didn't get much anchovy flavor which I was happy about and the slices of Parmesan cheese was amazing. I'm glad they use high quality ingredients because this hit the spot! Short Rib Pasta - Thick pasta that tastes homemade served with a large portion of short rib meat without the presence of any bones. The sauce is rich and quite filling. The short rib meat was rare to medium rare which was perfect for my taste. All together a great meal to finish our day on the course. As you drive up everything is spectacular. The golf course grounds are exceptional, the building as you enter is very impressive. We decided on the Easter Buffett. First our waitress was very nice. The food what there was of it was good. That was the problem. Maybe I am use to big buffets like we have in NJ and PA. This buffet has an omelet station, where the chef did an excellent job making them, a section with breakfast meats and the smallest waffles. Really no pancakes on a Buffett? A station with a few other breakfast items and a small meat station. Jerome at the meat station was an awesome person and did a great job. On the other side was a small salad station, a table with cheeses, nothing labeled, a station with shrimp and small lobster tails and a small station with a small parfait and some small apple pastries. So you may say not bad. Well no breads, nothing to eat with the meats and the dessert table, a staple of most buffets, non existent. I do NOT golf but I don't mind the incredible view. The happy hour has been adjusted and I'm sure "rotating" so often. The spicy Paloma is my new favorite drink and for $6(happy hour!!) and the view, this cant be beat. The Brussel sprouts are yummmmmy, so is the grouper sandwiches(cute and tasty). I'd honestly skip on the nachos, an easy thing to make at home and be more satisfied(I only tried them because they seemed so popular but wouldn't again). I also feel the same about the chicken wings but when you get that craving, they will satisfy! I'm not into "meals" and their happy hour really allows you to get 2-3 things and share with another person while leaving full. read more

Driving up to the building is breathtaking! What a beautiful sight. Elegant and glorious. We met friends here for happy hour and probably ordered everything on the menu and it was all delicious! We sat outside overlooking the course and enjoyed the evening! Can't wait to go back, this place does it right. read more

Due to thwarted plans, we were in need of a last minute Thanksgiving dinner reservation. I happened to stumble upon Traditions on Open Table and I booked an evening meal for our party of four. The dining room was nearly empty when we arrived, with only a large family seated and a couple who was finishing their meal. We figured that given the light crowd, service would be excellent and initially, it was. Our waiter came over, took our drink orders, and then, we waited. For a long time. We ended up having to ask another server to get our waiter so that we could order food. For the nightly special, they offered a traditional thanksgiving meal, which we all got. The platter had turkey and gravy, dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes, and cranberry relish. It also came with either apple pie or sweet potato pie. Everything was cooked really well. The turkey was moist and tender and the gravy added just a little additional seasoning. While I was not crazy about the flavor of the mashed potatoes, the rest of our table seem to enjoy them. The best thing about this meal was the dessert. I chose the apple pie, which had a wonderful crumble on top. The portions were rather large and a couple of us got the rest of our meal packaged to go. When our waiter dropped my food, he actually ended up giving me an entirely new meal. I thought that was quite nice. I think he sensed our frustration with him throughout the night and so I appreciated his efforts to make things a little better. Having had dinner here before, I know that this place makes good food.
