Good portions, fast and friendly service, and nice casual seating. Its a food court kind of style restaurant where you order up front and receive your food in a tray. Presentations is nice and they provide you with everything in the tray so you don't have to go around looking for sauce or napkins or anything. I got the spicy pork and its a big portion for a great price. Tastes like your usual korean spicy pork bulgogi and the vegetables are cooked well. Everything else looks just as amazing with big portions for a great price and will keep you full for a while. The yum yum sauce is also really good with the vegetables. Overall not sure why the rating is so low. I think this is a great casual place to get a delicious healthy meal for a good price.

I've been waiting here for 45 minutes and I haven't been talked to about my order. All of the employees are just talking to each other sitting around not showing their worry about me having to wait so long for my order. While watching them work, they have spilled three sauces in total and laughing about it the whole entire time. I'm sure the food is gonna be good, but this service is absolute bullshit.

Came here during lunch on a Friday and it was busy super busy! The line was long, and they were swamped with phone orders. It took about 25 minutes to get our food, which was a bit of a lengthy wait for a take out type place. Ordered the steak bowl with steamed rice and the person I was with ordered the steak bowl with fried rice. We enjoyed our food. This is a decent place to eat at in Goldsboro and I would recommend giving it a try. Just avoid going during lunch because it gets busy! Either that or place a phone order. It seemed like a bunch of people who placed takeout orders paid ahead so they could avoid waiting in line.

I've had pickup from this location a few times over the last year. Food is always generous, prepared properly, and delicious. I usually get the chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies. Last week I got steak and it was a perfect medium rare. The pan fried gyoza are fantastic with a spicy dipping sauce. The only complaint I have is I wish I could order online for the area and not just Greenville!

I like the kiosk concept of ordering and it's been pretty fast everytime I've gone. I always order it to go and it never disappoints!

It's what you expect. I really like the Gyoza. We usually order the Bulgogi bowl w/extra egg. Which is quite tasty.

Taste was good, BUT I did see raw chicken on the floor in a plastic tub. So it felt sketchy

Food is good but Express should be removed from the name. The help is always changing and doesn't dispense food in good order.

Highly recommend making a reservation! Our reservation was at 9pm on a Saturday night and the…read moreentire restaurant was PACKED! I was really surprised that even at that hour the whole restaurant was busy. The interior was stunning!! I loved the lighting fixtures and drappy curtains. I would say that I didn't like that they dimmed the lights sooo low that I could barely see my food or my friend across the table. There's mood lighting and then there's "I can't see lighting" and it was definitely the latter, which I didn't care for. The food was absolutely amazing!!!! 10 out of 10, the staff was also incredible! Can't wait to come back for more! My favorite was the Pork & Chive Shumai (dumplings with caviar) it was my first time trying caviar and I loved it. I didn't like the seafood dumplings as much as I expected. They were really good. I just loved the pork ones more. The beef and crab rice was also EXCELLENT!!!! Well worth the price. Beautiful place.

Cantonese cuisine is well-executed at this restaurant…read more My husband and I ordered the curry chicken baos, tofu skin cold noodles, and Generals Tso chicken. The curry chicken baos were my husband's favorite. They were soft and bouncy baos filled with a spiced curry. I enjoyed the bouncy cold noodles as a palate cleanser between my favorite dish, General Tso's chicken. It was a delicate batter with juicy, flavorful dark meat chicken. I also ordered a pot of jasmine tea, which elevated the overall dining experience. The restaurant is beautiful with lots of natural light. Though I do think service could use some help. Our server was not very attentive. Our experience was extended not due to food wait, but for the time the server would continue to move service along with taking orders, and expediting the check.

She had never served it. Then she asked if I wanted to order it. I told her I don't know what's in it. She continued with cucumbers and she thought a vinaigrette. I asked her who there would know? She went to ask. Then I asked "does the Pho come with basil, jalapeños, and sprouts?" She said she was new and didn't know. So she went to ask. I told her well you need to study the menu because you're offering this food to people. Once that was all mangled up, I have to say that the fried spring rolls were tasty. The house salad was fresh and crispy with the best ginger dressing. (I bought a pint to take home!) I passed on the Pho because they told me it didn't come with basil or jalepenos and I couldn't imagine Pho being served without them., only sprouts. I went for the Singapore Rice Noodles. The picture was beautiful, the presentation was a blob on a plate. The taste was unseasoned rice noodles. No taste whatsoever. No garlic. No curry taste. I could taste the egg. I asked for the seasoning to add to it and was able to get down half of it. I rank it a 3 because the place looks nice and the wait staff was pleasant, but the food was way under seasoned. I'd go back only to buy more ginger sauce. I drive 1 hour to eat there so this trip was a bust.
