The disrespect i experienced as a customer tonight is completely unacceptable from a business and i am 100% done, expect a google review too . Tonight , i had ordered a pizza , as i do WEEKLY for past few months . the SAME order every time . WELL DONE , i even specify twice over the phone to make sure its mentioned , so im very well aware of what i order weekly and whats to be expected . As i go to pick up my pie i check it , and the pizza is damn near raw , absolutely no browning on cheese at all , it wasnt even cooked to regular temp yet . Surely this must be a mistake ! I go back and ask " Hey man can you throw it in the oven a few more minutes ? " It wasn't fully cooked , let alone well done . I asked you very nicely , with no attitude at all , so your response was completely uncalled for , and honestly shocking . The older man working there ( co owner i believe ) got angry immediately and started going back n forth about how i shouldve specified ( i did specify since i order THE SAME THING every week .... ) so rather than cough it up as an error on his part, he starts muttering how much of an inconvenience this is to him , that he should be cleaning , etc . Absolutely disrespectful man, you messed up , own up to it !!!! Its no problem til you really decided to argue with me on the order YOU got wrong , let alone didnt cook all the way and YOU know that . Save the headache . I called the restaurant to be answered by someone who was pissed off to answer the call. to be driven out on the phone call. "We're closed we're closed what do you want", sir, you either gave me someone else's complete wrong order or your pictures and description are not matching what you are giving out....ok we ordered the half cheesesteak half pepperoni pizza-given a stuffed no cheese no sauce only steak pizza. i was called a foul name then hung up on. This was our first and last time ever ordering from this place. I don't think I've ever left a negative review at any place ever-but when we work our a**es off just to pay just for dinner, not to only get a ransom defensive response because of THEIR mistake...this is so much necessary. If you're onto your last dollar looking for a meal, don't come here. You won't get what you ordered and you'll also get made to feel in the wrong. and if that's ok with you-then perfect spot. (like we were, HONESTLY, just looking for an answer) then don't order here. The answer, name calling and hang-up, was more disappointing than the food :( looking to support small businesses but not when it means they just look at you like a print of paper money. Our favorite pizza we've found in Willow Grove area! Sauce and cheese are both flavorful and plentiful, and the crush is delish. We've tried traditional pizza and pan pizza and enjoy both. The wings are great too. The staff is small but mighty so don't be surprised if you have to wait a bit for takeout, but it's worth it! There are plenty of tables to sit inside as well. read more

Well I really enjoyed the pizza. The crust was delicious. Chewy yet crunchy. And the sauce, cheese and toppings were very tasty. I'd order from these guys again when I'm in town. Only three stars is because I paid $5 more for onions and sausage. Yet there were only scant pieces of sausage and the same with the onions. $2.50 - you can buy a bag of onions! And I ordered Zeppole. Basically it is fried dough. They were so cold; not because they got cold, because they started cold I'm pretty sure. I'm sure they would be really great hot. Give it a try. Very good local, family run place. I would definitely be a regular! The staff was so nice, open and asked questions. The cashier was really sweet as well, they "take care" of their customers. I overheard her talking to an older guy (a regular), who hadn't been in for a while. She was genuinely concerned about his well being, that touched me. This is a great little place and if I am ever in the area again, will definitely give them my time, money and taste buds. I got spaghetti with meat sauce...it was great! The sauce was fresh, rich tasting and so much meat. That would easily serve two people and been a good meal. Ordered cheesesteaks with whiz and cheesesteak with provolone with caramelized onions. They give a good amount of meat and the meat is tender and slightly juicy. I enjoyed the steak with whiz better than the provolone. I couldn't taste the provolone well, because it was overpowered by the other flavors. They definitely make good steaks but they're not the best. If you want a decent steak with a decent amount of meat, try this place out. Also ordered fries with mozzarella- good portion and the fries were crispy on the edges. The cheesesteaks are on the expensive side right now. I am not sure how much I was charged for each steak but because of COVID, they have signs that say they raised the prices for certain items. read more

Ordered pick up via Grubhub. I could not believe non of the workers were wearing masks over their faces. What's the point of contactless delivery or pick up, if the food violates PA's guidelines during the Coronavirus Pandemic. I contacted at Grubhub_Care and supplied them with photos. They were worthless. In PA, people must wear masks. Grubhub and NINO'S PIZZARAMA thinks it's acceptable to not protect customers from Covid 19. I returned the food and the manager was as rude as can be. I went outside, with mask and gloves on and pulled out to contact Grubhub immediately. I filed a report with the local police and will be following up with the PA Health Department. The food was returned. For your own health and welfare, it's not safe to patronize this establishment. read more

I've used Ninos multiple times for large orders including catering for birthday parties and catering lunch for my sons's school. My family also orders from them when we have family coming from out of town. Up until this week I've had an easy and friendly experience with the ordering process...I usually work with Amalio. This week was a very different experience. While placing a large lunch order, the person I spoke to was very rude, impatient and dismissive. Her attitude was horrendous. I explained that I have been doing business with Ninos for a few years and that I wanted to speak with the manager. When I asked for their name, she told me she was the new manager and her name was Lucy. She reminded me that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. And that's just what I'll be doing. Terrible customer service, won't be returning. There's a million pizza places in this area and I can spend my money elsewhere. And to add I go out of my way to be respectful and polite to those in customer service because I've worked in customer service before and it's tough. This particular person should probably be in the kitchen or working somewhere away from customers. read more

Growing up in New York, I always had good pizza. Then I moved to Virginia and all the pizza here is terrible. I was passing through Philadelphia earlier today and figured wow, let me finally have good pizza for the first time in many months since I was in New York to visit family. And boy oh boy was I not disappointed at Nino's Pizzarama. Had the 10 inch personal pie and it was just the right size, it was delicious, and the service was good, quick and friendly. They have their own soda brand which is fantastic as well - I had the pineapple. Shame we can't get good pizza here in NoVa. Maybe they can move here? We got pizza and onion rings. We got a personal pizza that was cheese and my daughter liked it. The crust was thin crispy, sauce is sweet and came out very fresh for a take out order. I had ordered the pan philly pizza but when we got our pizza it was all veggie pan and although it wasn't what we ordered, we still really enjoyed our meal! Been wanting to try this place after teammate said it had great cheesesteaks. Wanted pizza today so got a slice of cheesesteak pizza and pepperoni. Kids got pepperoni. Lady gave us bag of sugar donuts for free which was nice. Kids also got orange soda in custom bottles. Cost came to $20. Not bad. The inside was nice local pizza style. Seemed like a lot of regulars. The pepperoni pizza was a bit greasy but good. Not the best but better than average. Cheesesteak pizza was good too. A bit too much dough. Overall I would recommend for a pizza slice. Still gotta try cheesesteak. Both kids gave it a 5 after explaining the rating. Told them 5 meant best pizza ever. read more

After reading how well the cheesesteak was here, I thought I'd give it a try. So I went with a Nino's Special - steak sandwich with mushrooms, fried onions, hot peppers, American cheese and pizza sauce. The roll was top notch. Soooo soft, I couldn't have asked for a better roll. A soft roll means you can squeeze the cheesesteak and force more into each bite, and I did just that. Sounds fatty, but it's efficient :) The cheesesteak itself was flavorful, with the cheese mixed well into the meat. I wasn't a fan of the pizza sauce (long story short, I asked for a regular special, without the sauce, but they gave me the Nino special) but it didn't take away too much. I still enjoyed the cheesesteak and would order from there again! I got the fries too, and I felt they weren't left out long enough, as they were a bit on the oily side. But of course, I would order them again because duh, it's fries! So far, it's the best cheesesteak I've had in the area. I only allow myself a cheesesteak maybe 2-3 times a year, and this time was good enough to satisfy my craving. Next time, I'll try the pizza! read more

For the price & amount of food you get, this place is pretty solid for a local pizza joint. Their cheesesteaks were actually pretty solid & I loved how spicy the hot peppers actually were. The only thing that bothered me is how none of the employees seemed to know how to properly wear a mask? Especially in a food establishment... during the height of COVID? If you're prepping food, the least you can do is keep your customers safe by masking up. We have ordered from here a handful of time. The food is always great delivery is usually fast like 20 -30 minutes. Tonight on the other hand our order showed up after an hour and 20 minutes pizza barely warm and the broccoli bites cold. I'm not sure if they use grub hub to do there deliveries or if they have in house drivers.
