I always liked this place but the cash thing is working my nerves. Who walks around all the time with cash in an electronic world Call to order rudely - cash! Is what the person says on the phone! they take cards but charge you to use it? So you paying your cc company and them. I think.. I know! my last time going to them! My fiancé and I have been coming here to treat ourselves to a night out the kitchen and we always enjoy ourselves. The owners are very polite and hospitable. We always get their salads. The Buffalo chicken salad and Caesar chicken salad are very filling. I've also had their pizza and wings, which knocks the rest of these pizza shops out the ball park. I have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered here. We love Silvermoon and how close it is to us from our home. Certainly a treat for us. read more

So I typically order from Silver Moon once ever month and traditionally my order is delivered with minimal to no mistake.However, today was a major exception. First of all,when I called at around 8:25am the lady on the phone mentioned they don't deliver until 9am.So I still asked if I could place my order and they deliver it at nine....I was given somewhat of a harsh response but she complied. After I placed my order which added to over $10,I was told it wasn't enough and I needed to purchase another item because my business was too far away. Surprised I mentioned I get the same order every month and I have receipts verifying that not to mention my drive is 10 minutes away at most. When I got the food(50minutes past 9),I found four(yes 4) pieces of hair in it.This is the last time I will ever order from place!Anyone who feels adventurous enough to do so,check your food!!! read more

Ordered the special for two plain pizzas..wanted one plain and the other half pepperoni..the price was extremely higher from the special price. I CALLED BACK IN TO CONFIRM WHY THE TOTAL WAS SO MUCH DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THE MENU STATED.. He said menu prices changed and 2 dollar's for toppings..i only wanted one Plain pizza and half of the other beef pepperoni! They sent two whole beef pepperoni pizzas the managers and kid who answered blamed me for the order being wrong!! Very unapologetic!! Horrible service to the neighborhood who supports them!! My Dad loved this place. But that's not why I'm writing. I had great service last night. After being turned away from food by the place up the street because it was too late I strolled down to the Silvermoon just to see. Yeah the kid was mopping the floor with a smile and they were happy to take a late order for just Chicken Fingers & Fries and a Coke Zero. Before I forget to mention they use Ken's All Natural Honey Mustard which I appreciate since I know some honey mustards are just flavored high fructose corn syrup. sidenote...diabetic with no heart issues. so the fried is ok but the corn syrup even at little dipping sauce levels can be problematic. I used about half the little cup. As I was on foot I was glad to see they wrapped up my order in a paper bag that would keep the fries and fingers from being soggy when I got home. Great when I got home after about a 10-15 minute walk. Still warm. All good. And the place was clean inside when I left. Looked like it was ready to open in the morning. Thanx guys read more

A good local place. It looks like a regular pizza place from the street, but it's actually set up like a diner on the inside. I got a hot corned beef sandwhich and fries. The sandwhich and the fries were both great. I picked up the order and it was ready as soon as I got there; no waiting. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this place. One of my former co-workers was a regular here, and I look forward to trying additional things on their menu. read more

This has to be the worst pizza place in town. This employee was arguing with me when he got my order wrong and we had the receipt and everything. we tried to tell them we got 2 salads instead of one but he kept yelling. Eventually i raised my voiced because i was frustrated. We order from them all the time but this was the worst customer service ever. We had three pizzas and ordered a 2 liter soda, but instead of a two liter they gave us a can, and again he kept yelling after i tried to tell him he was wrong. We wasted 45 dollars on this trash place. DO NOT buy from silvermoon. read more

I stopped by for breakfast on the recommendation of someone at Sussman Honda, while my car was in the shop. The people there are accommodating and friendly. The food, however, was not the best. I started to feel a bit sick at the stomach an hour later. I had ordered scrambled eggs and home fries, no meat, toast and decaf coffee. The coffee, though fresh, was watery and tasteless. The eggs and potatoes were tasteless, and low quality. I don't know how I know they were low quality, just from the taste I suppose. I can't imagine what they were cooked in. When will restaurants stop cleaning their tables with awful smelling cleaning products? I feel a bit bad writing this review as the people there were very nice, but thank God for digestive enzymes. read more

Have yet to order anything here and be disappointed. I've had to give up going here for the most part since going vegetarian but loved their cheesesteaks when I was a carnivore. They're a great lunch spot that doesn't do anything THE BEST but they do a whole bunch of different dishes pretty darn well. While they do have seats inside I would recommend the takeout as they sometimes look at you a little strange if you want to eat in. Maybe it's just my wife's imagination. read more

The most amazing pizza in the area. Slightly thicker crust that manages to be light, airy, doughy, and crispy all at once. Incredible sauce and flavorful cheese in all the right proportions. Initially, Silvermoon and I got off to a bad start. The first time I called was half an hour before their posted close time. They told me over the phone they were closed. I inquired if their hours were correct and they said "yes", but they weren't busy so they were closing early. Uh, hello??!! You had a customer on the phone!! After that I wasn't willing to call them again but my boyfriend said they were really good. The next time we had an urge for pizza, I let him order. I will admit, their pizza is tasty and non greasy. It took a few more orders to convince me and let my first experience with them be in the past. Last night we did their #1 special which was pizza, wings and soda. Pizza was good as usual. The pizza here is more greek style-- thick, cheesy, lots of toppings. For a great party side add their jalapeño or broccoli poppers, and definitely don't skip their special pizzas and steaks.
