The Indy Way Diner popped up in my search so I gave it a try. I'm so glad I did. The front and back of house staff were welcoming and personable. They were very friendly and accommodating. I would come back again and again just because of how nice these folks were. Thank you. I ordered the Corned Beef Skillet and substituted hash browns for the diced potatoes. What a great meal. Everything came out piping hot and delicious. Do yourself a favor and get a side of the country gravy. You won't be disappointed. Sure, you might need a nap after a meal like this but you'll sleep well knowing you just ate something special. :)

Tried this little drive threw the looks drag you in its all shiny and the name is NIPPS lol interesting anyways I have never been before and the young lady working the drive through was rushing me trying to end my order when I was trying to read what they had she seemed to be annoyed any question I would ask so I finally ended my order to wait in line for 20 minutes got up to the window no smile no hi nothing all she said was do you want ketchup I said no she slammed the window and than opened it again with the food! The food was good no complaints but employees are lacking customer service skills !!! For that reason alone I will not be back, maybe under new management : ) read more

Great food, BUT they are slowwwwwww. And they always seem to be out of one thing or another. Seems management needs to step up and get on top of things. Taking five minutes to order at the drive-up window is ridiculous. Being out of shakes, shake flavors, onion rings, etc? Really? Only because I love the food is why it's three stars for me. The customer service and being out of items constantly detracts away from the quality. And when the walk ins go faster than the drive thru? I literally watched a truck pull in, walk in, and was eating their food outside after I finally got mine. Inexcusable. And they NEVER answer the phone!!! read more

Oh my gosh!!! The long line in the drive threw says my hubby every single time! But never detours is from the deliciousness that awaits ! That line moves rather quick! For food that is cooked to order, perfect every time, you can not ask for more ! The kiddos that work in there are accurate, friendly and professional. Our orders are always hot, fresh and as ordered ! The milk shakes are perfect ! Especially the butterscotch! They make the perfect fry sauce ! Nipps has fallen way in my opinion.. I get the fish and chips. the size of the fish has been cut by 1/2. You used to get a big thick filet breaded and fried. Very satisfying. Not anymore, the last few times I have been there they have been thin and small. Now today they watered the Catsup. it was nasty, like dipping your fry in watered down tomato sauce. REALLY Nipps---if you need more money, keep the quality up and charge a little more!!!! I won't be back, it is time to try Captain Yoby's. read more

By far the best burger joint in the area. It is much cheaper and the burgers are a lot better compared to Five Guys that's across the street. And of course it's way better than the regular fast food burger places as well. When I go here I usually get a double cheeseburger with sauteed onions. The Onion rings are also really good here too and so are the milkshakes. Whenever I have a craving for a burger and I'm in the area I come here. I highly recommend this place. read more

Good food for fast food but it's ran by a bunch of kids & we've ran into a few issues in the past with customer service. We're very reasonable people but wrong is wrong & keeping people in a long line for over 30 mins to turn them away to only serve the car behind us was total BS I guess you have to know someone to get treated correctly when it's close to closing time . Old fashioned small place that is awesome. Loyal following with good food. Prices are reasonable. Bacon cheeseburger, fries and shake were less than $8. And I was stuffed!!! They have a fry sauce that is old fashioned sauce. Not like the ketchup:mayo mix. It's the good stuff. Glad I don't live near I would be there multiple times a week. Heard from allot of friends in kelso that Nipps is the best burger joint in the area. Hesitated for a while, but Finally ended up trying their bacon burger, large fries, 32oz drink, i wasnt expecting much cause it was only 6.75, but it was simply amazing! The fries the burger, have a special flavor. This is the only place i will eat from now on if im in kelso. read more

It's a little slower than other fast food joints, but unlike the typical fast food chain, Nipp's has friendly and competent staff. You don't have to explain to Nipp's employees how to make something if there isn't a button for it on their computer. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger and shake. Great job, guys. Awe Nipps has been my favorite place for lunch since high school! I absolutely love their hamburgers and seasoned fries from the banner special and they have thee best milkshakes that I have ever had and the price is not going to cost a fortune. I was born and raised in Southern California, so of course In-N-Out was the best burger place. Though I still love In-N-Out I would have to say Nipps is a little better than In-N-Out! Their prices are unbeatable. I usually get the Josh Special and it's $4.00 for the meal! Cheap if you ask me and it's just amazing food! read more
