I told her I can have short length nails because if my job and showed her an image a design I liked. The staff are all super nice and did a wonderful job (no cuts or bleeding ahah which happens sometimes during pedis but no they were perfect here!) I also liked their temporary shoes more than the rubber ones at other places and love that they give you a baggie with oil in it to put over your feet before putting shoes on to make sure that the polish doesn't get rubbed. I would wear flip flops normally but not during winter in Chicago of course, so I love that they pay extra attention and make sure your pedicure lasts :)
