I highly recommend staying at this hotel when planning on staying in the strip. Everyone that works here is very helpful and kind. There's so many nice places to sit and relax. The rooms are big and have everything you would need. I've stayed at this hotel before but recently we were just visiting and they gave us a guest key to go to spa and purchase the incense. It is super clean, probably one of the cleanest and best smelling hotels in the whole city. Leo Rodriguez in the spa was super friendly and chatted with us about our stay.

I love the feeling of this hotel something about their design their Decor the lights the selection of the furniture and the overall feeling with your first impression walking to the lobby makes you feel a sense of luxury and the views from all the rooms are amazing especially at night when the lights glow on the hotel itself and neighboring buildings

This hotel is nice, but frustrating. Let's start with the nice. My room was pretty, it had a nice view, and it seemed to be "modern." I also enjoyed not having a casino in the building which to me made it seem more quiet as well as less smoky. And while I enjoyed my room, there were things that frustrated me. The fitness center had very limited hours. It was open from 6a - 5p. That means if you rise early or want to work out in the evening - you're not doing it in this hotel's gym. I believe you can go to the cardio center at Aria, but still. Second frustrating point was the cost. If you want to eat or drink - you're going to pay dearly. I posted a picture of an $8 Coke. You're better off hitting a grocery store instead. I used to love visiting the Las Vegas strip. It just doesn't seem worth it anymore.

We booked the Vdara for several nights. It's one of the few hotels without a dedicated casino. It is conveniently located to all the places we did want to go to like the Aria, Cosmopolitan, and Bellagio. They upgraded our room to a higher floor and we stayed in a very large suite. The room was beautiful with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. We got a great view of the Bellagio Fountains as well as other Vegas sites. Amenities were typical if a little more high end than usual.

MGM, is everything ok? I've stayed at Vdara many times, and six years ago it was truly a luxury property: clean, quiet, smoke-free, with beautiful views. Based on that experience, I booked a Stay-Well Executive Corner Suite for this trip--specifically for the promised enhanced cleaning, air filtration, and higher room standards. Unfortunately, this was one of the dirtiest and most poorly maintained hotel stays I've ever had, and absolutely not what you expect from a $600/night room (about $2,000 total for three nights before tax and resort fees). We arrived a little before midnight after checking in online earlier in the day. Getting the keys was smooth--that was the last smooth part of the stay. The moment we entered the suite, it was obvious the room had not been serviced and had suffered years of heavy wear without proper maintenance: * Brownish-yellow water came out of the bathroom faucet and drained extremely slowly (I foolishly thought this was a Stay-Well Vitamin C water, only to find out later that there was a plumbing issue) * Broken light fixtures and damaged lamp. * Carpet stained, worn, and lifting. * Thick dust on surfaces and screens. * An uncapped pen left out, as if someone had been in the middle of using it. * And worst of all: hairs in the bed from multiple people, stains on the couch, and slight fecal stains left in the toilet. This was a Stay-Well room--sold on enhanced cleanliness. When I called the front desk at midnight, exhausted with young children, I was offered two options: 1. Move to a non-Stay-Well room, or 2. Wait for housekeeping. There was no apology, no sense of urgency--just two matter-of-fact options. Vdara did send a bellman with new keys, which I appreciated, but by then my child had fallen asleep and I was too tired to move. I had morning meetings and left in a rush, expecting the room to be properly serviced when I returned later in the day. When I came back around 5 PM, I went to the front desk to finish the unfinished complaint even going back to the room. I was told housekeeping had been in the room three times, "cleaning and inspecting." While I was there, coincidentally, someone else arrived to the counter next to me with the same complaint. After nearly an hour at the front desk and speaking with a manager, Vdara finally agreed to switch my room but the new room was still being cleaned, so not actually ready (fishy at 6:30 PM if you think about it). But I was happy with the resolution and went back to the room to wait. Only to find out that I had been lied to. When I returned to the room: * The bed was still unmade. * Trash was still there. * Fingerprints remained on the closet doors. * The same stains were untouched. * And the fecal stains in the toilet were still there. The only thing housekeeping appears to have done was return a minibar item my toddler had picked up. Before moving our belongings to leave Vdara for good, I took a good look as I walked through the property and noticed: * Cracked tiles and damaged wood panels in the elevator. * Stained, bubbling, and dirty hallway carpets. * Trim and finishes throughout showing heavy wear and neglect. The condition of the hotel overall confirmed that this wasn't an isolated housekeeping miss. It felt like a property that had been left behind by MGM, overshadowed maybe by the more bustling Aria and the slightly younger Cosmopolitan next door. I've had better experiences at basic motels. Vdara is far past its prime and no longer resembles the luxury, wellness-focused hotel it once was. The Stay-Well Executive Suite was nowhere near the standard marketed, and the response from staff made the situation significantly worse. I truly hope MGM re-evaluates the upkeep and management (or housekeeping) of Vdara, because in its current state, it does not deserve the "luxury" label. However, from the one-star Yelp reviews that mirror my experience that I'm just seeing now, it seems that MGM sadly, does not care.

I really fought to stay in this property during my last visit on the first week of December, but was met with disappointment after disappointment. The valet and bag drop-off service was by far the best thing that ever happened to this hotel. I needed to drop off my luggage because I had to pick up my parents at the airport, and it wouldn't fit in the car. And the valet service and the bellman made my transition so smooth and easy. I pulled up to the hotel, dropped off my luggage, was given a ticket, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. A couple of things to remember: staying here, self-park is in Aria. The access to it is not where the hotel is, it is literally on the back by the crystal shops. It is quite a walk, and you need to take a tram. Vdara and Bellagio are connected, though, via a walkway, which was nice. Self-park is $20, and valet is $40. So we returned to officially check in and requested to see if we can get any upgrades, and the guy immediately said no without checking their system which is fine. We got to the room, and it was not what I expected. It was old, it had carpet stains on it, and the TV was mounted as if it were ready to fall at any time. My expectation was a bit too high for this hotel. I did appreciate the no-casino and no-smoking parts of this hotel. On the first night, I used the food and beverage credit for our hotel room. The room was booked under my stepdad's name, and when I purchased food downstairs in the little cafe, they allowed me and had no issue with it. On the last night, when we tried to use it again, my brother was suddenly denied access because the room wasn't under his name. This really annoyed me, cause how are you gonna say he can't do it when I was able to do it on the first night. I spoke to the cafe manager about this, since inconsistencies like this frustrate your guests. I also went up to the front desk again the night before our checkout to request a late checkout, nothing insane, just an extra hour, and once again, they said no. The front desk was so quick to say no, which really frustrated me. I say this because the following day, I called them to request a late check-out, and it was granted. So I don't know what's up with their front desk, but I've learned their department is quick to say no. I can only imagine the people who had to pay full price for the same room we got and would've been disappointed cause their quality is so bad. Room service is also disappointing. They had my food delivered in a bag instead of an actual plate. The photos do not reflect the actual room. I'm glad I tried it once, cause I won't be staying here again.

    1. No self parking, you have to self park at Aria and walk over or take tram. A good 10mins. 2. Only valet, $40 per day 3. No casino hotel. All the above are just some things to note in case you wanted to stay here. Nothing bad about any of the above. A beautiful hotel and definitely a great break from the other hotels around the area. It's not busy and filled with smoke. It smells so nice and inviting. The walk from vdara to Aria is about 2mins max and a great way to get some steps in. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I was upgraded to a suite overlooking the Bellagio fountain. Make sure the Bonvoy # is noted or show it upon check in if you have status.

bed was comfy. and outlet on both sides.

first time at Vdara and wont be my last! Vegas had a deal to bring more tourist and well it worked. i got two night stay and each night $100 food/beverage credit. note the credit does not apply for the market retail only restaurants. little mix up at check in, but they fixed it right away. the lobby has a starbucks which is convenient. the rideshare is right outside the lobby next to small dog area which is cool. room side is big i love the extra room for dining/kitchen. you will have to call for utensil dishware. i wish they put at least one set and free coffee for the keriug machine.

Great hotel on the strip. Love the fragrance throughout. Soft and not overbearing. Great lounges and stacks for morning matcha easy access. Our room was spacious with a mini kitchen, had an epic view of strip and nice big tub. Luxurious bag products for use. Log how it's connected to Bellagio and Aria I recommend for sure!

We popped in for a drink at the bar here and so glad we did. It was crowded as there was a convention in town but Todd greeted us as if we were the only people at the bar and took his time taking our order and ensuring he made the drinks to our liking. One of the best old fashioned drinks I have ever had and my husband said the same about his. Definitely a nice spot to pop in and have a drink!

Impressive modern architecturally designed structure. Adequately accommodating Porte Cocherre (at time of visit)Beautiful interiors. Game machines immediately as you enter next to the lobby. Right away creates that feeling and atmosphere of being in Vegas. Checked in and got to our room on the 37th floor. Kitchenette and dinette as you enter. TV lounge with couch bed next, then queen bed in sleeping area. Amazing north side partial view Las Vegas strip from our widow. Wonderful experience.

Our home away from home. Call me crazy, but I LOVE having a kitchenette in the room even if I'm not using it. LOL We like to rent a car when we're in Vegas and eat off the strip (yummier and cheaper) so we'' almost always overorder and have leftovers and the fridge and microwave come in real handy. Each room is a suite. Spacious and clean. Some rooms even have a dishwasher and laundry and dryer machines dagnabit. Note: Vdara does NOT have a casino, but you can easily walk over to Aria or Cosmo to get your gambling fix. It's never bothered us. It's connected via walkway to Cosmo (indoors) and connected to Aria (walk outside) right next door. The rooms we've stayed here in the past: Corner City Suite (most recently), Executive Corner Suite, Studio Parlor, Studio Fountain View. The Executive Corner Suite hands down has the nicest view with 2 bathrooms, but honestly, any room will do as they are all suites with kitchenettes! Vdara is and always will be our #1 place to stay in Vegas. (Having MGM Gold helps too with Valet)

Love staying at this hotel just because it doesn't have the casino to walk by to go to the rooms. This hotel offers suites with full kitchen , and a breathtaking paronamic view of Las Vegas City!! Luxurious Restrooms provided a shower and bathtub and a spacious vanity sink. Would love to come and stay here on my next visit !

    Ask the Community - Vdara

Have they fixed the issue with the blinds or does the sunlight still get through, making it hard to sleep?

Not as of June 2025! Sunlight still comes through

Does vdara have their own parking garage?

It's shared with Aria. You can also park at the Bellagio or Cosmopolitan. Technically, Aira is considered the casino for Vdara.

    Is it pet friendly hotel?

Yes, you can even book a room that's pet friendly

Are the beds comfortable at vdara?

    Yes very! Not too soft

Is there a coffee pot in the room?

Our room did not have a coffee maker. There is a cafe in the lobby that makes coffee drinks and a Starbucks. We bring our own small k cups machine when we travel.

Does the room with the electric cooktop / kitchen come with cookware?

You have to ask housekeeping to bring it. You will need to be very specific and give them an exact list of everything you need, including the specific cookware items, number of dishes, flatware sets, etc. Super annoying that the rooms aren't… Read more

When's the earliest check in time?

Earliest guaranteed check-in is at 11am for a fee of $50. Standard check-in is 3pm.

    Is wifi free?

From what I remember, it was free.

    Does hotel have balcony's?

No, there aren't any balcony rooms, unfortunately.

What is parking like for Vdara Hotel?

They have valet parking and self park in the garage.

Which Cabana has the semi private pool & misting fan?

Sorry I was there in mid January and it was cold so no pool visit..

Hello is the pool open at the month of february? is the pool heated? also i have kids that wants to enjoy the pool

Typically the pools don't open officially until March, however I recommend reaching out to the guest concierge or the front desk as they will be able to provide more up to date information

Can I have postmate or Uber eats deliver to the room?

Only guest can go to your floor, so the answer is no, but you can meet the delivery person in the lobby..

I'm looking for a hotel with a jacuzzi in the living room or bedroom?

No sorry. They don't have jacuzzi in any of the rooms

    How is the breakfast buffet?

Vdara itself does not have a breakfast buffet, but it's an easy, connected walk to Bellagio. The Bellagio's buffet is good for its value. We are so much breakfast, we did not need a lunch.

I will be staying here next weekend and i am a nursing mom, however my baby will not be with me on this trip. I would need to store my milk. Does this hotel have refrigerators in the room or would it have to be something i request upon checkin?

    has refrigerators in all rooms.

If I am booking the "Studio V Dog Suite" because I will be bringing my dog, will I have to pay additional fees such as pet fees or cleaning fees etc?

Yes I believe there is a dog fee. $50 nightly stay. There's resort fees and taxes that wasn't too much. Beautiful dog friendly place and no smoking even better!

Is breakfast included, or what options do you have if you stay at the hotel?

Vdara has a quick service food location on the lobby level called Market Cafe which serves some light breakfast fare. There is also a Starbucks on the lobby level as well (however, it's currently closed due to COVID-19).… Read more

I am thinking about reserving the Fountain View Club Lounge. Is it worth the extra 60 bucks? We dont eat much at meals. Is there enough to eat at breakfast? Is there glassware…

I'd say for $60 bucks the view and noise isolation is worth it alone. Not sure what food is included with the Club Lounge, but the cafe in the lobby is okay for a quick bite. Not a good spot for your typical Vegas brunch though.

Does anyone know on which floors the Panoramic Suites at Vdara have the extra half bathroom by the entrance? I have noticed that the suites have 2 different designs, the other design i believe just has a door in the kitchen to get to bathroom?

I stayed on 5th floor (room 5.002) and we had a half bath right at the front door near the kitchen

First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

After a long drive and plane ride, it's nice to chat with people who are genuinely engaged in getting to know about your stay. We had made reservations for spa treatments for after we are arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed that time. I would go as far as to say the WA spa is one of the best spas on the strip. Fabulous. The WA is a wonderful strip hotel in a great space and a lot of convenience in and around.

Staff was professional and the atmosphere is much calmer compared to most casino hotels in Las Vegas, which can actually be a big plus if you want a more relaxed environment. One important thing to know - if your room is on a lower floor, don't expect much of a view. Some lower-floor rooms face the back side of nearby buildings and the experience is completely different compared to the higher floors. I would strongly recommend asking for a higher floor upgrade if possible, because the views are significantly better and really change the overall impression of the hotel. The fact that the hotel is non-casino is actually nice and makes the property feel more peaceful and less chaotic than many Vegas resorts. Overall, a good hotel, but room location and floor level make a huge difference here.

For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. I always leave here feeling great!

Turns out we were dealing with a bunch of sleazy, greedy liars. The first night we were placed in a room that turned out to be next to a room with a service elevator in the South TOWER. So, when we went to sleep around midnight, despite my noise machine, I hear loud, rumbling sounds off and on for 2 or 3 hours coming from above me, but not directly overhead. Turns out those rumbling sounds were coming from room service carts in the service elevator room on the floor above. The next morning I am a very tired wreck and I go down to the front desk. I found this woman named Julie who stated she has worked there 25 years. She tells me she has sleep issues, so appears to be very sympathetic. I believe she said that sometimes she doesn't sleep for 3 or 4 days at a time. In any case, I only went down there to get a new room and never asked for anything else. She didn't have a problem with that. At some point she informed me that my entire stay would be complimented. I informed her that we just checked in the day before and I got teary eyed because I was so impressed and grateful. That was it, and I now had keys to the new room and our current room so that we could easily move. Well after we got home I find out that my 2 nights weren't refunded. I do see a $62 credit though, which turned out to be one nights resort fee. That's it. I respond to their Email survey with the situation, and I receive an Email response stating that this woman has gone over the notes about the incident and that one nights resort fee was refunded but the 2nd one was still processing. No one ever mentioned a word about resort fees and I responded with an appropriate Email. I stated that if both nights were not entirely refunded that I would be on Yelp the following week, so here I am. Of course I never even received that 2nd resort fee credit, which is really irrelevant as I was promised a complimentary stay. So, a place that really guards against cheating, chooses to cheat me by not keeping their word. Sleazy, greedy liars. Too bad that employee and I couldn't take polygraph tests because obviously the problem was with her unless this other lady lied about the notes. YUCH & YUCH

After inserting my money and beginning to place my bets, an elderly gentleman abruptly approached me and claimed he had credits on the screen I was using. Unfortunately, the situation quickly escalated. He repeatedly poked my back and shoulder while insisting I was in his seat and using credits that belonged to him. The exact amount in question was unclear, as I had been moving from game to game and had not been keeping track. The gentleman continued raising his voice, getting in my face, and placing his hands on me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The dealer handled the situation as professionally as possible and immediately contacted security once physical contact was made. I greatly appreciated his efforts to de-escalate the situation and maintain professionalism throughout the incident. When the floor manager arrived, she attempted to resolve the matter and kindly offered compensation in the form of lunch or dinner, which I accepted and appreciated. While the experience itself was upsetting, I am thankful for the dealer's professionalism and for the staff making an effort to address the situation. I was about to file a complaint and possibly call the police. At the end...I still feel like she favored the elderly man because he was Caucasian male and old. This issue could have been resolved if I felt understood & assured I was in the right.

You feed the machine with a blank card and it spits your room key card! When you enter the elevator, there's a line, you'll need to tap your room card to trigger the elevator then tap again once you're in the elevator to press your floor button. The rooms were quite large. Wide entry way, huge bathroom with double sink and the shower was so long. The negative would be the sensor fridge. I would rather have an empty mini fridge to store items than to have the fridge full of unusable items. Vegas gets so hot and all you have is an ice bin. Also lack of outlets. The clock on the dresser has a type c and usb plug. However, we found hidden wall outlets on the side of the bed behind the wall accents and around the room. The curtains/drapes are with a touch of a button and all electric. The safe is inside the closet. The closet is deep with motion sensor. The air quality is clean in this casino, lots to do and the conservatory is a must see every season.

At night we lined up along the balustrade and watched the show. It was so much fun seeing so many people show up. Bellagio is one of my favorite, centralized hotels on the strip. Lots of great photo ops around this Italian-inspired property. Water elements are prominent. Take note of Fiori di Como. Its a beautiful art piece in the main lobby. I love the vibrancy and colors of the glass flowers. It sets the tone of the of hotel: Elegance, grandness, and beauty. Fun fact, the artist is from WA state :) As you walk further into the hotel you'll get to see the Conservatory and Botanical Garden. It's free admission. The floral theme is detailed, creative, and enchanting. I didnt hear anything about the resort hosting/participating in any kind of any BTS fountain show this year so I guess Borahaegas 2022 at the Bellagio was just one of those "you had to be there" moments. However, the resort is a still nice place to walk around and escape from the heat plus they have clean bathrooms. They also have a free tram that connects to other hotels on the strip if you find yourself tired from walking. Stay hydrated and be safe out there in these extreme temperatures!
