We have ordered many times here. But today, it was something different. Ordered 6 rolls and got only 4 rolls. When called, they said they would call us back. Never called!! Called them back and they were so frustrated, they started abusing us. Then, we drove from Iselin to Nirwanis just to confront that what they are doing is totally Wrong! We confronted in personal and they said that you were here for the FREE FOOD!! Things got argumentative and he called a Security Guy(Who wasn't a security guard). When we called 911, the Owner said that we were here for some free stuffs!! Cops interviewed, and said "they have received complains before for the same". Also, Cops advised us "to not be in this neighborhood again". ( Also, There were owners friend who were threatening us in front of Cops). But cops were silent and did nothing!!!! Walked in on a hot day thinking I would be welcomed with a nice cool breeze. But no I was not when I stepped into the door there was a medium HOT breeze. Horrible Customer Service. Disgustingly Rude Manager. They refused to accommodate a first time customer. I placed an order through DoorDash, when I noticed the picture of what I ordered had white sauce I called the restaurant to ask that the NOT put it on my food. Of course my food was delivered with the white sauce. I left work drive to the restaurant to have them make it as I ordered, and carefully explained that the DoorDash app doesn't allow you to modify the order in app. Which is why I called them. I showed them the number that I called them on my phone. Instead, I was yelled at, cursed at and physically assaulted. If the customer is always right, they have No Business being in business. I never went to Nirvani's regularly until recently. But the few times I did go, I thought, "I should come here more often." I always get the achari paneer kati roll and one of the other paneer rolls on the menu. The prices are reasonable for what you get, and I love the naan they serve. After reading some of the other Yelp reviews, I realize that not everyone has had such a good experience. Maybe I've just gotten lucky the times I came? I've never had a problem with the service, and water refills have not been an issue. I'm going to be moving out of the area soon, and this is one of the places I'll miss. Nirvanis is one of the great ones, revolutionizing the choices in Brunswick by bringing quality desi food to the area is what Nirvanis did when they opened.
