When asked why it was missing to the other person who also took care of the front desk, without an expression of apology responded that the kitchen was busy that they didn't have the time to fry a papad which made us simply flabbergasted. The sides of curry (subzi) and the garlic rice didn't have salt evenly cooked on it and most of the sides were not even hot including the chapathi. Now all this happened with us regularly checking on when the biryani would arrive and 30 minutes into the order time, it finally did. A hot biryani that lacked any flavor or salt and was barely edible. All this happened while we were there before a peak hour even started or there was any crowd in this restaurant. The front desk person discounted the meals from the bill, but the train had already left the station by then. Now I'll leave it to you to decide coming here.
