Not happy with Parts Department... We ordered some Touch Up Paint for our RAM 1500 Truck on June 23, 2026. Paid for it in full... was told it would arrive on June 27, 2026. Weeks later... no phone call or anything! I had to go down there and speak to the General Manager about the Parts Department. The GM apologized and said it shouldn't take that long, and how someone in Parts Department (dropped the ball). Anyhow... on July 30, 2026 my touch up paint was ready for pickup. Thirty-seven days later! I love RAM/Jeep/Dodge products... but I didn't appreciate the 'miscommunication' or 'lack of cooperation' from the Parts Department. read more

Bought a 2019 Ram Limited with extended warranty. This particular vehicle has issues with leather dash delamination and shrinkage well documented on other sites. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this place May of 2023. January of 2024 had to put $5,000 into it in repairs which was conveniently not covered by the warranty that I purchased. Now they're saying I have to pay another $6,000 for more repairs. I'm so beyond stressed out right now. I got screwed so bad on this jeep. 11,000 in repairs in less than 2 years!!!!! So if you read my previous review of Dwayne lane, I needed real work done and this is my follow up. In actuality they didn't do any work, I had a different Jeep dealership do the work. This review was all about their customer service. So here's the background: Back in December I took my Jeep in for a battery issue. They took care of that all under warranty so it was all good. The service manager did inform me of a recall for my model, a rear axel seal leak. Well he told me that parts would need to be ordered and that he would contact me once they are in to schedule an appointment to get the work done. Well December and January came and went with out a call. Figured it was an issue with parts availability. Then in February took my Jeep into Les Schwab for a tire rotation and the tech pointed out a bad leak in my rear axel, so much so the wheel was coated black and that would affect the breaking thus putting more effort into the front brakes. His words, needs to be taken care of sooner rather than later. Knowing this had to do with the recall I contacted Dwayne Lane Service Department to get an update on the part. Well the gal on the phone was less than helpful and kinda got defensive when I tried to explain the issue. She told me I could make an appointment and drop my Jeep off but no ideas on how long before the parts came. When I asked her about parts availability she claimed ignorance, threw out the word backorder and ended with telling ME to contact Jeep if I wanted to find out about where my part was. I told her that I wasn't accusing her of anything and I just wanted to find out about this part because now it's getting to the point where it could became a safety issue. Well she again insisted I call Jeep direct and that was that. Well, I called FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles-Parent company of Jeep). They informed me of no back order for the parts so they don't know why the dealership didn't already have it. In fact the person I spoke to at FCA tried calling the Dwayne Lane dealership so we could get the part ordered and schedule but they got not answer and they recommended Rairdon's in Monroe who did answer and was able to schedule me and repair my Jeep with a lightening fast turn around time. The funny thing is not long after I contact FCA I get a call from Dwayne Lane that my part was in and to schedule an appointment, but by then it was already fixed by Rairdon's of Monroe. So no points for that gal on the phone at Dwayne Lane (though her suggestion did make me proactive and got my Jeep back on the road). No points for the 2 and half months of waiting to hear back from Dwayne Lane when between FCA and Rairdon's it was just a matter of days. And no points for the scratches I found near the area of Dwayne Lane's Batteries replacement (I didn't talk about that, but the paint on my Jeep is near perfect so it was pretty obvious, especially since it's where the technicians would access the main and auxiliary battery). I didn't bring that up because I had a feeling they would deny it and it really wasn't worth the stress. Needless to say I'll probably be taking my Jeep to Rairdon's of Monroe, at least until they do me and my Jeep wrong. That or contact FCA direct as suggested by that gal working at Dwayne Lane. read more

well, I'm not too happy with them. They worked on a shifter cable on my 2016 Dodge Journey and they seem friendly but the problem it only was fixed for a short while because within a few weeks it started having problems again and I called him and told him about it they said if it keeps doing it, bring it in, so when it messed up again, a few months later, I brought it back to them and he got in it. The manager said it might be a sensor or something. Let us know if you have any more problems so when it broke again a month later, I called they said no we're not gonna work on your vehicle anymore even though you paid for it, so I took it to Buckys and they told me that they did a really bad job and the linkage wasn't put together correctly and it fell apart so why the shifter was not disengaging into gear and I had to pay him over $1100 to fix it so it might be a good place to buy your vehicle but be department and they hung up the phone on me and told me we're not refunding your money. read more

TLDR: Awful customer service. If you have the time or chance to buy your parts online (or somewhere else), do it, don't come here, don't purchase anything from this dealer. Long Story: I called on the phone to ask for the part I am looking to purchase and asked about the return policy, they say they would take my item as long as it is in its original package. So I decide to go to the parts department to buy the lifters for my 2014 Wrangler, when I am going to pay I am told that there is 3% percent fee for paying with credit card, I tell them I want to pay cash, however there is no cashier to take my money, so no way I can pay cash, the guy at the counter is very rude and tells me to come back some other day when the cashier is actually there, I decide to pay the credit card fee. Fast forward to 5 days later, I am done wrenching my car and ended up not using all the lifters I bought (that's why I asked about the return policy). Everything is on its original package, I show up at the counter and the guy tells me two things: 1. I need to come back tomorrow because the cashier is gone for the day and nobody can process my refund. 2. The fee they charged me when I got the parts is non-fundable. I come back the following day to actually get my money back, cashier processes my transaction, but I asked to talk with the manager of the parts department, because I just spent money on literally nothing and those guys don't care at all. Dennis the manager says it's not his problem that there is no cashier, he says the fee is also not his problem and nothing can be done. I am not really bothered by the fee itself, but by their condescend attitude and awful customer service. read more

I bought my Jeep here several years ago and visit the service station here and there. I was helped by Jordyn and Mario (Manager- great guy!). Jordan took great care to ensure my headrest was replaced and Mario assisted in a hiccup I experienced in service (not with Jordyn). He was very straight up and transparent on where they dropped a ball with a timeframe on my part that I was desperately waiting for. I found this quite honorable and extremely uncommon in the car industry. My dad just bought a truck a little while back with them & moving forward, I only want to deal with these two! My wife and I came to test drive and possibly purchase a Jeep and when we arrived we were greeted almost immediately and shown the vehicles that we were most interested in. They were friendly & very helpful to answer any of our questions we had , and were able to help us get into a better vehicle than my wife and I came for . It was truly the vehicle we wanted most of all, but thought we could afford. We were approved for financing within 2 hours without much difficulty. It truly made our buying experience headache and hassle free. And although My wife and I paid $2,000 over MSRP ($67k) & feel that it's much better than the $10k they were asking the week before (lucky 4me of Price drops ) Even Toyota was asking $6k over list locally for hybrids and still Costco was MSRP + a $1,500 markup . However Costco cannot get one of these Hybrid Jeeps for the masses yet and if they could , the mark up would be similar still $2k. Hybrid vehicles are harder to find and are heavy in demand and I'm very lucky/fortunate/grateful that Dwane Lanes took care of me and my wife. It was the only Jeep Rubicon Hybrid on the lot & it would soon be ours once we got all the financing done. It only took an hour to fill out the paperwork/application and a couple hours to verify all the data. We then were able to pick up the vehicle, all polished up, the very next day 11am sharp. & Because we got this (2023) vehicle when we did (Nov2022) we qualify for the tax credit and will put it towards the purchase of our Jeep. It will help buffer the price of the extended warranty we got that was an extra $5,000. Because after all... This is such new technology it's better to be safe than sorry with the extended bumper to bumper warranty . Because I'll be honest with you , the quality of a Chrysler , Fiat , Dodge , over the years has been a mixed bag of reviews, hit or miss.... But do remember, I did buy a Jeep , not a Porsche I'm getting 22.9 miles in electric mode and not sure about gas mode yet. Have not cycled through a tank. The car handles great and my wife and I both love it . At 36,000 miles all their vehicle checks were spot-on with no attempt to up-sale. They even topped off fluids which some Dealers no longer do. Dwayne Lane Dodge service department went above and beyond today thanks to Mario, the service manager. My daughter's Chrysler 200 blew a radiator hose a week ago and I took it here for repair. The day after we got it back, the check engine light came on so we took it back. The engine coolant temperature sensor had come loose and they went through everything, fixed it and looked over everything to make sure they got it back up and running. They worked on it for a couple hours to make sure we were good to go and didn't charge anything for the labor. Mario was awesome and made sure we were happy with their service. I take my other vehicles there for routine oil changes and maintenance and always have a great experience. They even offer a free gourmet coffee while you wait at the coffee bar! Dealership service departments tend to get a bad rap but Dwayne Lane's does a great job! read more

This is a horrible business staffed by horrible people. I spoke with a "Michael" recently. I also spoke with a young lady who was equally useless. They were very rude and condescending over the phone. I need repairs for my vehicle and it's months out to get an appointment. Michael informs me I can go elsewhere farther away if I want need my vehicle sooner. No duh, Mike. You can tell it's a toxic place to work. They have a very high turnover and only hire low end garbage people. Dwayne has a reputation in this town and it's not good. The warranty on my vehicle is useless now. Took my 392 in for tires. Company lost the cap to the wheel and chipped the wheel. two years ago/ to fix it they had it cheaply spray painted. Last week took my hellcat in for an alignment and tail light assembly replacement. One wheel is curbed/ rear bumper has a scratch down the middle like it was placed on the ground. They had the car for two weeks while it was there someone drove it 23 miles.. then when it was brought out the person driving killed (stalled)it in front of me. read more

Rotated an unsafe unrepairable tire, never called or asked if I wanted spare put on. Was charge for rotation! Was not called or told all 4 tire tred was very low and needed replaced. Differential service needed, also never told or got a call. Cabin air filter also needed changing never told or called. At this point I question if the oil change was done.. or done correctly! So an oil change and rotation of an unsafe tire took 11hrs. Only reason I got my vehicle same day was because I called. I was told car was great shape and could pick up car. FYI.. had I been informed of these issues I would of paid the dealer to fix. When I spoke to the service manager I was told he would call back after speaking to people involved. Its been 2 days and Once again never called back and never made it right. Was basically told I could not have a refund, so will be contacting my bank.. DO NOT USE. I spoke with Eric Bright with the service department. I'm an office manager for a plumbing company. I called to see if Dwane lanes can get our companies truck in to do brakes. Eric Bright answered the phone and said he can get it in today and be done fairly quickly. I booked the appointment under our company. I sent my employee in the fully wrapped company truck that needs brakes done. Mind you this truck has our phone number that is on file with Dwayne lanes, and our company name. My guy showed up with the truck and was told now it's gonna be a few days to get it in due to the fact it being a (third party) not it's still our company. We are a small veteran owned plumbing company trying to get peoples water fixed through this winter. Now thanks to Dwayne Lanes I've wasted an entire day of not getting work done. Was only going to use Dwayne lanes because of their time frame in the first place. The service department doesn't answer the phones. Doesn't call you back. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. They lack integrity on issues they cause and have cost our hard working family unexpected and un budgeted fees. Story below... Last fall, my husband took his dodge diesel truck in for an oil change- just an oil change. When he got the truck, the A/C all of the sudden wasn't working. Dwanye Lanes took it back and fixed a few things on the A/C. Within 48 hours, it stopped working and Freon was everywhere. We have been trying to reach Mario- the supervisor for MONTHS with no call back. My husband opened a case with the company and basically they said "too bad- your problem." So now, we (fire fighter and health care worker) are going to be stuck with a bill we were not only expecting but also one in which we have no responsibility for causing. I'm so disappointed on their lack of integrity, responsibility, and their utter lack of empathy. read more

I'm giving three stars only because the buying process was quick and efficient. However when I left the dealership with my new car, the gas light went on, on my way home. Talk about a bad taste in my mouth. I've never had a dealership not fill up my tank before I leave. I also realized when I got home that there was no front license plate mount on my car. Spoke to one of the sales people and they said that they don't put one on used cars if they don't already have one when it gets to the dealership. I thought that was bullshit because Washington state requires a front license plate so they should put a mount on it, I haven't heard a thing from them to either thank me for my business or ask if I had any questions. This is a review for the service department in regards to my 2017 pro master work van. The headlight had a factory fault where moisture would get into the housing and cause electrical issues with the headlight bulb. They initially replaced the housing under warranty back in June of this year. Start of this winter I started noticing a slight melting smell or burnt plastic coming from the hood, I noticed the headlight bulb had fallen out of the housing and was damaging the inner components, I spoke to Joel from the service department and he was very courteous and quick to act and getting our headlight inspected and then replaced under a goodwill warranty for our company. I truly appreciate the prompt service that Joel and his team provided on such short notice, this shop is always busy and they truly do their best to serve their customers to the best of their ability! I will continue to take all my vehicles both business and personal to Dwayne Lane of Everett strictly based on the customer service I've been provided, and no doubt will I be recommending them to any friends or family in need of auto service. The general manager was making comments about the service managers physical appearance and body weight. The service manager tried to report the issue to Human Resources and they let him go instead.not only did the general manager do that, he also fired a salesperson for being "too old". I dealt with Riley and she was awesome. Most of our negotiation was done by text, literally in just a few messages. Day of, test drive was great - finance department locked me into an awesome rate by actually checking who had the best APR, then went through the paperwork quickly without any upsell. I mean, they offered what they were supposed to but there was zero pressure. I was in and out in 2 hours. Scheduled work they diagnosed. Waited a month for the service appointment. They called two days before the appointment to say there were no service technicians and needed to re-schedule, took another month once rescheduled. Brought car in early on day of appointment, end of the day they call to tell me it will take too long to do the work and I need to re-schedule or leave it until Monday. I left it because I didn't want to re-schedule again. Called end of day Monday to get status for pick-up. They said they didn't have the part and I'd need to re-schedule. They kept the car for four days and did nothing!!!! read more

They told me I needed a new catalytic converter and a new transmission. Decided to take it to a different garage, they found nothing wrong with it all. John At Dodge charged us $500. plus for a restocking fee. we could barely afford that but didn`t want to argue with them. The cost of repairs was suppose to be over $6,000 There was another customer there complaining that his vehicle hasn`t ran right since they replaced the transmission, they where charging him to just look at it. These people are NOT ohnest don`t go there. They rip off people and don`t care about it or any thing. I don`t know how they sleep at night. read more

Some advice to the manager from an angry upset customer. When I come in to talk to you and tell you that I am upset with my experience. From this place. You take down my phone number and you tell me that you're going to call me back number one. You should call your customer back number 2 after seeing the back of my truck is full of water from a leak in the windshield. You should think about doing a follow-up and make sure when it comes out of the shop that the truck is not full of glass from top to bottom with marks and my seats. Instead, I come in to pick up my license plate and you're gonna call me out on my Google review to you which was well needed instead of making a phone call. Trying to fix the issue and find out what went wrong. Hope you take my advice because you really need it. I am very sorry. I bought this truck from you with all the hidden issues.
