We were in the mood for some good deep dish pizza. After reading reviews decided to give this place a try. We ordered the meat lovers deep dish Sicilian-Style pizza and knew it would take longer to cook. The staff is friendly and there were enough of them that they kept up with the high demand while we were there. They gave us a few garlic knots to try while we waited, and they were awesome. Hot! Soft! And the Sauce it was served with was quite tasty. I had posted an unfavorable review several days ago and when Bek saw it he called me right away. He was out of state at the time and wanted me to know he was boarding a plane and would make it right. He apologized and advised this is not how he runs his business. Tuesday evening he had my previous order delivered. My husband received the delivery and said the driver was so nice. I hate to give this place such a low review, because the staff is quite nice, but every time I order delivery they miss the estimated time by quite a lot. I've also received the wrong order more than a couple times. The pizza also isn't my favorite, but is a notch up from chain delivery places. It tastes acidic to me, but otherwise good. There is some other options that make this place worth trying, though. The Italian sub is quite good, and the garlic knots. And again, a pretty awesome staff. read more

Ok, so I ordered the deep dish supreme pizza, it was delivered in 45 minutes, which I very happy about. Now mind you I have had some great pizza from Nizza. I had only one or two times that my order was bad. This time I couldn't let it slide. I run a work from home business and I have about 4 employees that were doing a training class and I Bragg saying how good the pizza would be. So the pizza got here and I open the box and saw the edges burnt. I mean not that sexy little burnt edges that we all love on a deep dish. This was "frozen pizza in the oven to long"burnt. Not to mention the two liter soda was a Mountain Dew not the Serra Mist that I ordered. I reached out to the delivery service caviar and they tried to give me credit of 7.81 I told them I would be deleting their app and I had my wife reach out to the restaurant, only because the delivery service didn't burn the pizza. My wife talk to a employee and he hung up on her. I believe in giving chances to fix whatever the problem is, but Nizza didn't try to do anything about this 40.00 burnt sponge and this 1980 go go juice! This is my 2nd time I've had a bad experience with it first time I got Hawaiian pizza (they just threw chunks of pineapples on). My most recent visit I got 2 slice veggie. It was OBVIOUSLY old pizza. We're in the middle of a pandemic, people are worried about sharing air space with others, and he runs the risk of breathing on your food? Yes, the masks can get hot -- just wait until July -- but as hyper-sensitive as everyone is right now about germs and contamination, it was a jarring sight to see him without one. After a long 4 days of working! I thought, I would treat myself to a calzone and some calamari from a local pizza place. Being new to the area, Nizza Pizza was in my apt welcome package. So, I figured I would try them out! My pepperoni calzone arrived, very un-calzonish. It was not sealed together in the least. And the pepperoni had just been placed on a lump of Ricotta cheese. Not too sure if it had been cooked as it kind of tasted like Hormel pepperoni out of the package. Needless to say, I was not pleased. The calamari was alright, although a tad rubbery.
