I've been looking for some Chicago style pizza of late and this was the first place I tried in Arlington specifically for it. Sadly it was a disappointment. Ordered a Chicago Pie with three toppings, a small salad to tide me over while it cooked and a drink. They brought the salad out in a togo container which I found odd given I was eating there. As for the pizza itself, dough wasn't fully cooked and flavors didn't mesh well between the toppings and the sauce (oddly). This was a Chicago Style Pizza that Chicago would riot over. Although good, the buffalo wings could use some improvement, but the lemon pepper we're much better. I got plenty of toppings for what I paid. The only thing I would've wanted is more sauce. Pretty thin layer on top and honestly for my tastes I would have liked about twice the amount they put on. Not a big deal, next time I'll just make sure and ask for more sauce.
