We found this pizza place a few years ago and it's turned into a must stop for us whenever we're in town for Astros games. We drive in from Houston, and honestly the trip doesn't feel complete without coming here after the game. The pizza is always fresh, packed with flavor, and really satisfying every time. I love the New York feel of the place, from the decor to the atmosphere it genuinely feels like stepping into New York for a moment. The staff is super friendly and we always enjoy the playful Astros banter when we walk in wearing our jerseys. Niza Pizza has become a tradition for us, and we always look forward to it. I was on my way to my Cousin's house in North Arlington. I glanced over at the Shopping Srip Mall and I saw a Nizza Pizza! I was like, I've got to try it! This location is a lot more busier than the West Side location. It's a small Pizza Shop and most of the tables will filled! We were taking care of right away and with a sense of urgency too. There were lots of to go orders being picked up and more families coming in. It was also Memorial Day weekend. I decided to get the Chicken Alfredo because, of it's healthy proportions. However, the size seemed a little smaller than the West side location. I like this location's Fettuccine Alfredo better because it was creamier. The Chicken was a little too charred though, oh well. We were given a basket of fresh baked Bread. I love their butter too. It spreads evenly and melts easily. We were asked a few times how things were. Server, also explained to me how the fountain machine worked. I guess, he has a lot of customers asking for a water cup and getting Lemonade. Smh. I spoke with one of the Employees there and he said, his cousin was the former owner of the Westside location. He also said, somehow he's related to the new Owner, Kevin. It was a great experience! We were taken care of. Prices have gone up but so does, everything but, my salary. Lol. Food was delicious. My cousin who is a die hard Mr. Jim's fan said, she may start coming here and is going to tell her parents about this place. I think, Mr Jim's has some fierce competition! read more

We got a regular supreme and a deep dish cheese. Both were really good, in their own rights. The supreme had a good amount of toppings, and the cheese had a good amount of seasoning on top. Pretty much a North Arlington staple where the staff sees a lot of regulars come in. The prices are reasonable here and there is a variety of food on the menu. We grabbed the Philly cheesesteak, wings and mozzarella sticks - all came out hot! Nothing was too greasy. I go to the other Nizza Pizza in Collyville all the time and sorry to say this place was no where near it.I got two slices of pizza and a drink.When I got my pizza it was kind of soggy and it flopped pretty bad.Not to mention they were pretty skimpy on the pepperoni.Sad to say it wasn't good and it's very doubtful that I would come back.I guess I'll stick with the one in colleyville. read more

I get food from here all the time but tonight was HORRIBLE The fettuccine alfredo sauce was runny like water and beyond bland...I had to add a ton of Parmesan cheese I have at home to thicken it up and add garlic salt for flavor and my garlic cheese bread was so messed up! Ive ordered a gluten free crust pizza 2 times back to back for my wife. first day the toppings were not much on there and they missed the jalapenos i paid for on there. 2nd day i ordered the same thing and the guy on the phone said they cant out extra toppings because the pizza would collapse? anyways i get my orderand AGAIN, after i paid i check the pizza and the jalapenos were missing again. dude took thepizza, threw some jalapenos on it and called it a day. anyways ling story short, we went to zalat pizza dow th street the next day and they were to put more topping etc. without the collapse. i chose this pizza shop cause its close to the hotel i was staying at and convenient. id come here for the pasta though read more

The food is actually good, but the location in Arlington on Lamar. The guys use their hands to do everything. No one washes their hands and the main guy who takes your orders hands are filthy.
