Parts were $15 and he took 5 minutes to make a hole in the wall. Do they charge $800 labor? for 5 minutes work. We asked for Anthony to call us and explain; he did not have the courtesy to call us back. We kept getting excuses from there receptionist that he was busy!! I would never use them again and certainly not recommend them!!!!!!!

His company works with high quality vendors and his workers (electrician, plumber, tiler, painter, etc.) are highly skilled in their specialty, neat, wore masks as requested and trustworthy. (We weren't always home when they worked.) Arthur is quick to respond to correspondence (texting, calls) which is comforting in this stressful process. His vendors all gave him great recommendations as do we. Mr. Hubert spells out the specific costs for labor in an estimated contract. The estimate came very close to the final bill. (Supplies cost more than our original hopes, but they were delivered on time and in good condition.) We started ordering supplies in September and received them sometime in October which is excellent (especially during the delays due to COVID.) All the supplies were in our home before the job began, making for a smoother process of renovation. One of the bathroom walls was re-insulated and a heater/exhaust fan installed, making the room much warmer. Each step of the process (total renovation of the bathroom) made sense and continued in a timely manner. Workmen came even on weekends to get the job done. Mr. Hubert was wonderful to work with, highly skilled and his attention to our concerns were addressed and resolved. We highly recommend the Arthur Hubert Construction Company.

While we like the design help, we knew it came at a price. We got a great looking bathroom and paid nearly 3x most other shops for just tile materials. Boy the customer service after the sale was horrible. Missed pieces, short tile (large pieces and a case of each expensive designer pieces left over with no returns. Ok lessen learned you don't always get what you pay for. After a few year the sting goes away and 3 days of shopping at floor and decor and other tile shops we remembered something we liked at Garden state tile we ended up buying the bathroom tile . We needed it fast , its all in stock which means pick it up in a week . We'll same thing, completely missed ordering the floor tile, over ordered other pieces and forgot the doorway saddle. After calling, they make you feel like you forgot. Zero customer awareness. Anyway I hope this helps you make a decision
