Thanks for coming over to help, Frank! So abusive. We purchased a lovely bath rain shower, faucet, and hand-held shower for our main bathroom. From the outset it didn't give us very hot water. When I had a plumber come in to check everything we realized that his fixture wasn't properly blending the hot and cold water. It was an issue for months and when I asked him to replace it he said it couldn't be the fault of his fixtures. We proved him wrong and that the unit was getting hot water, but it still gave us either too much hot or too much cold water, but never gave us the proper mix. He blamed everything on my plumber and contractor, came over to my house to help, and yelled at me and the plumber for an hour. We were patient but I had to ask him to quiet down because he was overly aggressive inside my house with my kids nearby. In the end he sold me a new valve and other items, none of which I needed, and still the unit is faulty. I paid everything and he solved nothing. We had a second incident this week. I bought a sink and hardware, pretty expensive stuff from Europe from him as well. He sold it to us 50% off because it was a floor display. Now, around a year later it's broken and doesn't spray properly so it needs a new aerator. No big deal. Except he told me a long story that after 30 years the supplier doesn't sell anymore in the US. So he can't order the replacement piece for me, after selling me an item that he knew wasn't going to be able to be serviced because he already knew the supplier was leaving the US two years ago. I tried discussing it with him but he got defensive, wouldn't listen and eventually hung up on me because I asked him to be nice. You know where you can go.

These are clean, organized and communicative professionals. My project was small but complicated. We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house.
