Staff was extremely knowledgeable about the marine life and birds in the area. We learned a lot and enjoyed the cruise... saw tons of dolphins and appreciated how the captain and crew respected the guests and wildlife. Cruise included free pizza and hot dogs which we skipped. Great time, would recommend.

Customer service-wise, Kathy (a veteran employee) was very, very rude. After the fact, I read a previous Google review that spoke about how rude Kathy is. I was simply asking for help for an elderly woman with a cane, and she was extremely short with me and yelled at me 'I'm moving as fast I can!'. Other passengers stepped in to help. For example, another woman gave the elderly woman her fountain drink cup to throw up in originally. The elderly women's daughter was also shocked at the way Kathy yelled at me and told me that I was just asking her to do 'her job', no need to react that way. There were about 15 people who became seasick and some were throwing up throughout the boat, including my partner. He basically sat inside for the entire trip and was unable to enjoy the experience. He was actually the person I originally booked this experience for. I tried to get as much footage as I could for him on my phone. I've been whale watching and dolphin watching before, and I have never, ever experienced anything like this. Later, I spoke with the owner, Captain Matt Remuzzi, by phone. He told me that my Google review made him "sick to his stomach" and accused me of "bashing" his company online. I found the conversation extremely unprofessional. His tone became so aggressive that I ultimately had to end the phone call. I have never had a business owner speak to me that way after sharing my experience as a paying customer. Even though I got to see the beautiful animals and Dan was a joy, I would never, ever again support this business. I'm thankful that there's another boat company that offers the same tour nearby, and if I ever go back to Cape May, that is the company I would use.

This will be the best boat rental choice for you and your family…read more Called a week in advance and spoke with Jen. She was kind, helpful and answered all our questions about boat, size, kids and crabbing equipment. She reserved us a 20' pontoon boat for the afternoon excursion. Once we got there it was exactly what she promised and clean. We had 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room on the boat to move about. The boat guy from Tennessee, "Penyton Manning", was terrific with his explanation of the boat, and locations to fish and crab. We read a lot of bad reviews beforehand, but don't believe everything that you read. It was okr best day in 13 years. If you know how to drive a boat or not, just be smart, take your time and know the tides. We caught a shark and 45+ crabs in 4 hours. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE 100%!! GREAT day for people of all ages. Thanks Jen and "Tennessee" Ryan

They failed to tell us it would be low tide when we were returning which contributed to us getting stuck. Before we left they said "call us if you have any problems and we'll be out in 10 minutes." Took 20 minutes for them to get out to us, but they weren't able to pull us out. Took another hour and a half before they came back to get us. We had to walk through the bay to another boat carrying all our stuff. Insult to injury, they charged us an extra $211 for the privilege of sitting stuck in the bay for almost 2 hours getting eaten by greenheads. They didn't even call me about the extra bogus charges. I guess they hoped I wouldn't notice.
