Our big guy Palmer loved Day Camp! We take him to the dog park most evenings after work...but it's not enough to make his 110 lbs tired. He came home last night and slept like a baby... I had a hard time getting him up for breakfast this morning. He had a great time, and made lots of pup friends! I feel really happy as a fur Mom that he had such a great time, and was able to play all day and not be at home all day bored. It was also fun watching him on the webcam. Julie and the staff at No Bonz have always taken great care of my dog Hank. I love that I can watch on the web cam and it's convenient for me to get to on the way to/from work. Hank was having problems with some a couple of the other dogs at No Bonze and they readily worked with me and the other owner to re-arrange schedules so that we could both continue to take our dogs to No Bonz. Hank is always excited to be dropped off and is worn out when he comes home... which I love. They always let me know how he's doing and every once in a while they give me pictures of Hank having a good time at No Bonz. We love it! read more

We've been taking our dog to No Bonz About It since we moved in a couple blocks away last summer. We've taken our dog there almost 30 days total over the 10 months we've been here. We'd take our dog more, but it's way too expensive for what you get. They have a dog cam available at their website which can be very addicting to check into. They'd get a higher rating if they either lowered their price or started playing with the dogs. Even at the largest package price it still costs $22.50 for the day of dog care. Since my dog doesn't really play with other dogs (she prefers fetch), she rarely comes home tired. Otherwise, the employees are nice and they keep the facility clean. My dog has never been injured and she seems delighted to get dropped off. We'll probably continue to use them on occasion, but we are looking around for a less expensive option. read more

This place was amazing!! I had traveled from across the country and was visiting family in town. I was able to get in touch with a worker and emailed my dogs shot record to the facility. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. My dog genuinely seemed so happy at this place. I was just thrilled they were able to take in my Great Dane with no issues. No Bonz actually answered their phones unlike many other facilities that I left voicemails for and they never called me back. read more

Yay, my dog loves this place! I had gone to another daycare before I moved in the neighborhood and it was totally fine, but no bonz is wonderful. The staff are kind, attentive, and really seem to care about all the dogs. It always looks clean, and actually smells good which I am sure must be challenging. The outside area is a plus, along with the fenced in parking lot for easy drop off, and best of all my dog comes home happy and tired! I give it two paws up! read more

A great facility & staff for play day or everyday. My girl loves going there & doesn't want to leave when I come to pick her up. The staff is very attentive to all the dogs and keeps a close eye on them. They have a large inside & outside areas with dog ladders and beds & even kiddie pools when it's hot. I love that they have a doggie cam so that you can check in on your pup anytime. I've tried a couple other day care facilities & this one works the best for us. Three cheers to No Bonz read more

we love no bonz! the staff is absolutely wonderful. the care for your animal is personal and sincere. we were using a bigger daycare in town for our year old pup and found that she was getting lost in the mix. we looked around and liked no bonz because it was smaller and more personal and still had the indoor / outdoor space. web cams let you check in anytime and the pool parties in the summer are awesome. our pup always came home happy and tired and we got reports on the day as well as pictures. i can't say enough about this daycare. we are moving to the east coast and we are already having a hard time finding anything that will match the high bar set by no bonz. read more

I can't back a place that doesn't have a proper amount of staff to dog ratio. 3 people for 30 dogs obviously isn't enough if not every animal is being watched constantly. If that wouldn't be acceptable for a daycare for children it shouldn't be for a doggy daycare. Because after all, dogs are children to some of us. read more

The staff is always friendly, but the 2 things I really love about No Bonz are the live online doggie cam and the great photos they take. As an owner of two dogs my choice in a facility is important. I put a lot of thought and time into making my care decisions for them as they are a major part of my family. I trust in this team and facility to care for both of them. I also trust the owners as they are amazing dog owners as well. My Aussie-doodle loves this place. The staff is terrific--wonderfully caring dog lovers. The dog cam lets me check in on my dog throughout her day. My dog is 60 pounds of high energy Aussie-doodle who is used to California ranch life, so dog daycare was a totally new experience. She fit in great and there were many larger dogs to play with. I am retired, and got a puppy to keep me company, and get me out for walks. After about a month I truly thought, what was I thinking?! Susie has so much energy, I can hardly keep up. Thankfully my freind told me about dog daycare as an option for excercise, so I visited a couple nearby and ended up at no bonz about it, and am very happy. I really did not know much about the concept of daycare, but they took the time to explain what the day looks like for my dog while in their care, and did what I thought was a pretty thourough "interview" with her to make sure she would fit in with the group. They have dog cams so you can peek in on the fun throughout the day, and overall the dogs and people there seemed very happy. These are the reasons I chose no bonz about it, and after six months of Susie at daycare, I am sure glad I did! read more

They are unable or unwilling to handle large dogs. My 2 year old 100 lb lab was not welcome back because he wanted to "play too much." When I asked what they wanted me to do about it I was told to Google dog behavior. He's a Labrador ! Seriously? Very disappointed !! I will say that the staff had been kind to my fiancee's dogs for the 10 years he had been taking them there. He had been given a "old timer rate" since he was one of the owner's first customers. We were told that this business allows pit mixes, and we believed them as there are a few there. We were pleased with this because our 12 year old Aussie was retiring from daycare, and our 4.5 month old pit mix puppy was ready to go with our 7 year old Sharpei mix. I watched him on the web cam and called to check in on him. I was told that he was behaving very well and having a great time. Around 2 that afternoon, I was called by the owner and told that my pit mix puppy was no longer welcome. Not because of his behavior, but because of how he looked. She admitted that he did nothing wrong. She claimed that it was her insurance policy, but there are other pit mixes, German Shepherds, other "dangerous breeds" etc. attending No Bonz. Additionally, when my fiancee called and talked to her about the situation, she made no explanations as to why the others were allowed to stay, and our puppy was not. She even made a comment about hoping he could find a rate as good as the one she gave him. Shame on you, No Bonz. We were able to find a daycare that based acceptance of dogs on behavior (which both our dogs passed with flying colors) not appearance, or money. Oh, and we found them to have a better rate than No Bonz. No Bonz About It...they do not care about dogs/ client relationships as much as money. For all you pit bull mix owners, I would reconsider having your dog here given the owner's hypocritical attitude about pit bulls/mixes. Do you really want to give your money to a business that discriminates based on appearance? read more

I gotta say, this was a great day care to start with. But when my 9-10 month old puppy started chewing, suddenly she wasn't allowed. I understand, eating stuff is bad, but how with multiple staff can she eat floor? Plastic chicken wiring? She loved this daycare, and we wanted to make it work for her so badly. But for 27 dollars a day, apparently them making sure she's out of harm's way and the environment is safe just isn't enough. They removed us, because she wants to eat things she isn't supposed to. I've tried several daycares for my 10 month old black lab and this one is the best. They take their coller and harness off before they go in the play area so they don't get dirty. Also, they keep the place clean so it doesn't smell like pee and my dog doesn't come home dirty and needing a bath. Would recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

No bonz and the owner are rock stars in our eyes! Our girl is a little "rain man" and has had some unique health issues, allergies, anxiety and the like. Through it all No bonz has been wonderful, supportive and always willing to go the extra mile for us. When our daughter was in the hospital for 2 1/2 weeks, no bonz was a life saver! Our daughters situation was stressful enough, I was so very grateful to have a safe place for Bea to go where she would have fun and get the attention that she craves. When we met up with the No bonz group at the Doggie Dash, Bea was happy to see some of her doggie friends but she was out of her mind, over the moon happy, to see the owner of No bonz! That says a lot to me. We have had situations when we have needed last minute daycare and they are always as accommodating as they can be. We are empty nesters so Bea is like a kid to us and we have always been treated respectfully and kindly by every person at No bonz, we can't recommend it high enough! read more

Our Vizsla has been going to No Bonz for more than six years and we could not be happier with them. My dog is always excited to go and consistently happy and tired when we pick him up. Employees are knowledgable, friendly and helpful and my dog loves them all, including owner Julie Rae, who is wonderful. Lots of sweet touches like birthday photos, Halloween parties and participation in the Humane Society's Doggie Dash make me positive our dog is at the right place. read more

No bonz about it has had three owners since we started with our first lab pup. First owner fabulous! Great staff! Our first lab passed away. After a few months new lab puppy! Of course we started her at No Bonz and it was in the hands of the third owner. My husband who usually drops her lab off said it was very odd because there were hardly any staff maybe two or three people for 30 dogs! They did not appear to be very friendly. My husband picked up our new lab and when he brought her home he said that she had been muzzled and there were still marks from the muzzle on her snout!!!! I called the owner and specifically asked if she had been aggressive in anyway towards the staff or any other dogs, had she nipped, bitten, jumped up, growled at any of the staff or any of the dogs. The answer was a definitive no. He responded several times that she had not been aggressive to any dogs or any staff in anyway. He said that she had been barking!!!!! I was gob smacked!!!! He did let me know that the first things they do with the barking dog is try to reason with them? Next they spray them with a little water sprayer, I'm good with that! Then if that doesn't work they crate the dog which would've been an excellent option to begin with, or the muzzle them! Now what was interesting about this is he kept calling it a gentle lead. Except for the fact that she had marks on her snout and she was still muzzled at 6 o'clockP.m. when my husband picked her up. This was also one of the days where the temperature was up to 87°. As dog owners we all know that the dog needs to pant when it's hot and drink freely. We have been using no bonz about it for the last 16 years. To tell you the truth I was kind of horrified. Evidently the new owner has cut his staff down to almost nothing and of course then the dogs suffer because the ratio of staff to dogs is about 1 to 15 or maybe 1 to 10. It used to be about 7 to 10 staff with the first owner. My opinion is this.... BEWARE! This owner is riding on the reputation of the first owner, cut the staff to make more money at the risk of caring for the dogs, the staff are overworked to the point that they muzzle dogs because they bark. No he said they did not try to crate her or spray her! I would highly recommend that you choose another place that has friendly staff and understand that dogs bark! read more

They are welcoming and careful. My dogs were new there and all the staff were very alert to the needs of the one who is shy. Although the actual space is small they do have a nice outside area and my puppy came home tired and happy. The parking lot is off the street and easy to get into to park. We'lll use No Bonz again! read more
