This was our first time at the location. And We live in Philadelphia and took their long drive. We Was going to another store but could not find Nothing. I was very upset that we couldn't find anything. The store that we went to i'm not gonna mention the name but they need to close it down. So I mentioned Ashley Furniture. So my husband decided to look the address up and this is how we found this location. My niece had her three sons and her friend. With us You told her just to walk around and find something that she might like. The person at the door name was Abigail. She was very pleasant and welcoming to their store. She told. Us about different items to look for in the store and ask us question about what she needed. They even tried the matters that goes up and down , which was wonderful. Then my niece walked up to these beautiful couches. And set down and said this is the one. She didn't hit the change the color because she loved the color of the couch. So abigail went to write up the Sell slit. Then her manager told her about getting two couches instead of the love seat. The price was grey and my knees decided to get to couches. The delivery was on time and they put the legs on the couch. She also got a five year scotch guard cleaning. Which she can call every month to get her furniture clean which is wonderful because you know how three little boys are. The real jesus placed it so don't mind the rug lol. My great-nephew jumped up and down with their bottoms. Just make sure the the couch can hold up. My husband was looking for us but we have furniture. He really love a leather sectional And it was very nice but we did not need it. The manager even tried to give us a package deal, but we didn't come here for us. Ashley's was having a great cell.It was twenty five percent off the whole store. Then if you tried the mattress you got a couple more dollars off. The sale was off that sunday. I explained to my husband that we can come back later to shop for us. I just wish the store was closer to where we live at is. Truly a height to go back. But let me just tell The staff at this location is awesome.Wanted a young man.Even talk to my great nephew to keep them occupied while my niece was looking around. My niece was so happy to find the couch is she couldn't wait to receive them. And We purchased them on Sunday and they was delivered that Thursday on time and everything. The window was from 9am to 1pm. I just love Ashley furniture. My house is mainly decorated with ashley furniture. There was a lamp that we was interested in but the land was not working and I really wanted it but it was broke. That's the only thing that I would approach is for us. Because we need a lamp in our living room And it was absolutely beautiful.I shouldn't took a picture of it or just ordered it while we was there. Even if I see something at another location I can call hopefully this location to order it over the phone. Thanks Abigail and the staff at Ashley furniture. You'll did a great job keep it up. Happy customers.

Critical Review of Mattress Firm (Mount Holly):…read more I am compelled to issue a serious critique of Mattress Firm due to an alarming level of service and product quality. The mattress delivered were of unacceptable quality, and the base was never even delivered, yet I was still charged for both TWICE. Despite the company's own representative admitting that the product was not properly assessed before shipment, the items were still dispatched. This negligence not only led to immense dissatisfaction but also posed a significant health risk. Additionally, the imposition of hidden fees for both delivery and return shipping underscores a disturbing lack of transparency and accountability within the company. This level of poor service and disregard for customer well-being is unacceptable and must be addressed at the highest levels of Mattress Firm's management. I strongly urge potential customers to consider Mattress Warehouse, which exemplifies superior service, genuine transparency, and a true commitment to customer health and satisfaction. Based on this experience, I cannot and will not recommend Mattress Firm.

From the moment we walked in she treated us and our one-year-old daughter like family. She was never pushy, always genuine, and really listened to our concerns to guide us to the perfect mattress. While testing mattresses my husband and I got so comfortable we nearly fell asleep right there. Kelly even made us coffee to perk us back up. On top of everything our new mattress came with a lifetime warranty, which gave us so much peace of mind. Since almost all of her mattresses are designed and created by Kelly, the prices were very reasonable for top of the line mattresses. If you are in the market for better sleep this is the only mattress store you need to visit. Thank you Kelly for making what could have been an overwhelming process such a fun, personal, and easy experience.

Kelly had us lay down on a few different mattresses to analyze how our bodies and heads needed support. After determining that we had different needs and pressure points, she offered to have her manufacturer make two different mattresses to create a king bed to support us individually. We also decided to order the adjustable comfort base, which will allow us to control the adjustments of our head, feet, and back remotely. The store is pretty large with a lot of displays of chairs, recliners, tables, fire pits, and all things outdoors. There was also Christmas displays of faux trees and lights. The store when we were there did not have any other customers (not really a store that people would come to regularly) but slowly some others came in. The three employees rotate as to who gets what customer as they came in for a possible sale. Ours was friendly and helpful as we took our time sitting in all of the available chairs in the whole store multiple times. After we made our choice (which, of course, had to be the first set we tried) she did her best to get us into the computer system so that we could obtain financing. This is where my shopping experience turned into a comedy of errors. It had to do with not having a password and no one else had it and the manager was on vacation. It was clear that there really was no plan as to what to do and the three employees bickering at each other as to what to do. Someone finally called the manager, but then I was told I had to just try to sign up myself using my cell phone. Thankfully I was successful and they eventually got into their own systems to put in my information. After everything was done and a "final" price completed, we ended up getting a call once we were home about having to alter the prices due to an error. I was also upset about having to pay over $500 for delivery. It eventually got resolved, and we were warned that it could be more than six months to receive our patio À La Carte set. And it was. This was due to the global stoppage of goods and waiting for it to be our turn. It actually took three different delivery dates to finally get everything. We can't wait for some really nice warm weather to truly enjoy the outdoor furniture. Overall, Fortunoff Backyard Store met our needs. It's not cheap furniture, but we expect it to last. Each time we spoke with staff on the phone or in person were professional. The store is at least worth a visit if you're in need of patio furniture. It worked out well for my family. Three and a half stars, but I'm rounding up this time.
