The place was empty for awhile until another group came in. I felt like it was really pricey at essentially $35/per person for an hour- over $100 for 3 of us. Also, the lanes are really short and we had the axe bounce out of the enclosure more than once. I would definitely try axe throwing again, but maybe somewhere else.

The space is basically a storefront with several areas where parties can throw axes at big bullseyes painted on a big wooden wall. Kind of no frills, with a few sofas so you can wait your turn and a few props for photos or wearing while you throw the axe. Turns out I am pretty good at throwing an axe, but I think that is in part to my competitive nature and that I need to be always zombie apocalypse ready. Now I know I can hit a target and have a retrievable weapon. It was ok, but definitely not something I would do again. Two hours was an hour too long for me for this event.

For the remainder of our 90 minutes we were left alone. Coach even broke one of his top rules by walking behind an active thrower at the line. Now, I should tell you that I had a great time and would do it again. I was the only inexperienced thrower in our group and received a bunch of suggestions from them. All bays are fully covered with bird cage mesh wire for the safety of people. They sprayed some liquid on wood before we start, i believe to make wood moist and soft. But that smell instantaneously gave me headache. Good activity got 90 min to long of time for two people. Group of three or more would more fun May they should have an options for short duration. Noise level- loud. But that's because of all the excitement and cheering. This gave a very positive vibe there. We did 15 minutes rage and then 45 minutes of axe throwing. They provide all the safety gear necessary to safely rage. They even provide a Bluetooth speaker you can blast music to. We were given to large items and a good amount of small items plus you can smash the already smashed things in the room. Axe throwing was humbling. It was a work out but by the end of it I was starting to get the hang of it. Clean space, friendly employee. BYOB if you'd like for a small fee. Overall I had a great experience. Plenty of parking with the free parking garage nearby.
