I fell in love with this stone gray simple but really comfy romper with a low back and pockets. She said that I could dress it up with some cute accessories for my night out and I could also use it casually for going shopping or running errands. I love an outfit that is versatile! I really appreciated the time and advice she offered. Every time someone compliments my romper I tell them to go to Cookies in Windward Mall and ask for Savana, she will help you find something you'll fall in love with! Located on the ground level, between Pono Gymnastics and I Mana Ka 'Ōiwi, and across from Aloha Card Shop, in the Ross Wing - this Kaneohe location of Kawaii Corner is just as cute, bright, clean, and spacious as the first (Pearlridge) location! Service is cheerful, friendly, helpful, and efficient! Merchandise is organized and plentiful! I purchased two items at full price in November. They have a strict 30 day exchange policy. They run out of stuff fast so i asked if i could return items in December and repurchase so that it could be exchanged if needed since it was a Christmas gift. I was told i could. Went back in December and now the item is on sale so i could now get it at the sale price but all sales final. Opted for a gift card which is fine (full price i paid). Since it was a gift, i asked if i could increase it, so it is an even number since it is a gift. The system would not allow them to put it on one gift card. So now im giving two gift cards for a gift to total an even number. Again staff was excellent but owners need to do something about exchange policy especially during Christmas. Even if the recipient were to get less than i paid, i would have been fine with it, but at least they could get what they want and the store would probably make more money. Truly love supporting local and will still shop since product is good and staff are amazing but exchange policy could be much better.
