I was referred to Nareg by my co-worker for some work to be done on my car. I had to replace my front brake rotors and the dealer was charging an arm and a leg for them. Nareg was professional and gave me a quote right away. All he needed was my VIN #. He ordered the rotors for my car and I went in the next day to have the rotors replaced. He took about 35 mins and I got to watch the whole time. My car runs so much better now. No more dragging because of bad rotors and she brakessssss so damn good!! I also had another issue with my car with the fuel sensor malfunctioning. The dealer wanted me to replace my fuel pump because apparently they can't just replace the sensor. That would have cost me around $1000. Nareg ran the diagnostics test on my car and found that only the fuel sensor was faulty and failing. Easy fix, doesn't have to be done right away. I just need to fill my tank up when it's half full and I do that regardless. When the time comes I will replace the fuel sensor at No Limit Auto Clinic with Nareg! I will also be coming here for any future car issues. I don't trust any other mechanics. Thanks!! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You may think in comparison to the positive reviews, this must be an exception to the rule. However, bear in mind I am not a Karen who runs off and types a review over any little grievance. I felt compelled to leave a review so that people know what kind of work and treatment they can expect. I actually was referred to No Limit Auto by my girlfriend. They did work on her car and she was fine with it, so she referred me. I brought my Toyota Yaris to them last week, for 2 reasons. The first, was that my rear brakes were making an ungodly squealing noise. If that wasn't irritating enough, one of the belts related to my AC was also making a horrendous squealing noise. Mike and Nick (father and son respectively) said this would be no problem to fix. So, I go to pick my car up yesterday afternoon. I pay $410 for the following: back brakes (they said my drums were warped which was causing the squealing), the belt adjustment and replacement of a lot of headlight/brake lights I never got around to fixing. LESS THAN 2 MILES AWAY from the shop, my car starts making a horrendous noise like I am driving a lawn mower, not a car. I pull over and have my girlfriend meet me. She pops the hood and takes the attached photo which clearly shows that the belt in question they were supposed to adjust SNAPPED IN HALF. We call the shop to tell them after texting them the photo, and Nick tells me to turn the AC off and drive it back to the shop. I start to do so, and realize within 100 feet there is no way the car should be driven. We end up getting a call after I pulled over from Nick that on second thought we shouldn't drive the car because it will overheat. I then have to use AAA to tow my car back to the shop. WAIT FOR IT. I am understandably aggravated, but I didn't go off when we arrive back at the shop with car in tow. In fact, all I did was hand the son Nick my keys (which by the way he didn't say a word to me or apologize). So, here comes Mike (the Dad) and the first words out of his mouth after seeing I am annoyed are "Just smile, relax the car doesn't matter, we'll fix it." Now, do you think he would have told a man to "JUST SMILE!?!" When they just payed $400 for a car to be fixed and it already broke in less than 10 minutes and on my dime had to be towed back to them? I don't think so! I clarified I would not have to pay for them to fix the issue since clearly they worked on the belt and Mike's response was "It's okay sweetheart, I didn't ask you for money, did I ? Look at my website, never a bad review." I still didn't go off on him. I just nodded and said "I'll pick my car up tomorrow." Now, I pick it up today and when I start driving it, it starts squealing AGAIN when I brake! Albeit, not as horrible and ear piercing as before, but it's still squealing when I brake which was the PRIMARY issue I wanted resolved! So, my girlfriend texts the shop (they have a work cell phone) and they tell her they were trying to save me money and the squealing is from cheap parts from the brake shoes of whomever replaced them last. Like, of course I want to save money (who doesn't???) but as a COMPETENT MECHANIC you would have noticed and informed me if either the belt or the brake shoes needed replacing in order to fix the issue I am bringing my car into you for, wouldn't you? WHOLLY UNIMPRESSED by their work and their attitude towards me when they messed up. read more

My car needed some mechanical work done asap! From brake pads to rotors to an engine light that was driving me insane. After calling a few nearby mechanic shops for a decent quote, I came across Mike on the phone. He answered all my questions and worked with my hectic work schedule to take care of my car within 24 hours. I was so pleased by our phone conversation, I rushed to take my car the same day. Although he said he may have it done by Saturday evening, i was very skeptical and in disbelief... I had an event on Sunday and there was no way I could stay without a car on the weekend. I am so grateful to Mike not only for his amazing work on my car, but also for his kindness and incredible customer service. He fixed my brake pads and routers and rotated my tires, AND gave me an oil change. I brought my car in at 11am. He told me he could have my car ready to be picked up at 1:30pm the same day (A FRIDAY), and I got a call from him at 1:40pm saying that he was done!!! So incredibly fast and efficient. I recently found myself in a really bad position. I have a '92 Toyota Paseo that is past retirement. Unfortunately, I don't have the finances to go out an buy a new car just yet. The other night my car started, but the battery and break lights were lit on the dashboard. I called AAA who came out and replaced my battery, but the battery and break lights were still lit on the dashboard. The AAA technician gave me the name and number to another AAA technician who he said really knows cars. The new AAA tech, Suren with Mission Towing, towed me to a mechanic over on Woodley he knew, as I was no longer happy with my mechanic. This was Mike here at No Limit Auto Clinic, Inc. Mike told me instantly it was my alternator without even looking at it. Unfortunately, he would not be able to get the part until later that afternoon and then wouldn't even be able to start working on it until the next day because he was so busy with other cars. He then referred me to Avo at Alpha Omega a few miles away on Sepulveda. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Hovik, who is Avo's son, and he walked me through everything. I received a call a couple of hours later stating my car was ready. In a horrible situation, I found myself to be very blessed with the people I met who helped me with my car. Mike here at No Limit Auto Clinic, Inc. was extremely knowledgeable, nice, informative and, most importantly, honest.
