He was here for 2-3 minutes and then told me I still needed to pay $120 for a service call (even though no services were completed.) I said I understand that we need to pay something since they made the trip here, but asked if the full priced service fee could be discounted considering we live nearby and no services were completed - and he very rudely declined/said no. During the inspection/cleaning, they were very friendly, transparent, communicative, and efficient. They prepped the work area which was then spotless upon completion as if they were never even there. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable.
