*EXCELLENT RESULTS TAILORED TO EACH CUSTOMER* Amazing customer service and very responsive…read more Tailored living satisfied my request for custom closet systems throughout my home and the results were more impressive than I anticipated! I was able to increase my usable space and move my clothes out of a Amazon purchased system in my hallway back into my walk in closet! Highly recommend!

I was very excited to get this work done to my garage. What started out as a good experience turned…read moreinto a very bad experience. The estimator/designer who came to my home for a consultation said that at most, it would take 8 weeks to complete the project. It actually took 10 weeks to complete the project. The estimator/designer provided an illustration of the accessories (i.e., cabinets and rack) ordered and flooring which showed the make and model of my vehicle parked in my garage with all accessories installed with what looked liked sufficient clearance for me to open/close my trunk. On the day of the installation, the installer informed me that I would not be able to park my vehicle and open/close my trunk in my garage with all accessories installed as depicted in the illustration that I was provided. When I spoke with the owner, he actually told me that there was nothing in the contract to state that I should be able to open/close my vehicle's trunk with all accessories installed. It never occurred to me that I should have to write that I should be able to open/close my trunk with accessories installed in the contract! Then, when I sent the owner the illustration that I was provided by his estimator/designer showing my vehicle in my garage with all accessories installed with clearance, the owner said that if I had a dispute with the estimator/designer, I should have a conversation with the estimator/designer. When I responded that the estimator/designer is a representative of the owner's company and therefore the owner is responsible, the owner was dismissive. The owner agreed to credit me for the rack and labor for the rack and cabinet that was not installed. But I had to pay the cost of a cabinet that I cannot use. I also had no way to verify that the credit was accurate because I never received a catalog indicating the prices of each accessory and had never received an itemized proposal showing the cost of each accessory and the associated labor. Rather, the proposal only showed lump sums. This branch is not transparent with costs and needless to say, I had a very poor customer experience. In summary, I would not recommend this branch of this company.

I met the owner, Mary Cate, while walking my dog. We got to talking, and when she told me what she does, I grabbed her and made her come look at my stuff. I had a LOT of stuff. She patiently described options for handling my things, and I chose to hold a auction. Kind of like an estate sale for the living... and boy, howdy, did it work. Not only did she come over to direct me and my piles of debris, she coached me on what to keep and, more importantly, what I could let go. It wasn't a one-time service. She gave solid tips on why and how I need to look at my space to keep the clutter from reoccurring. And she did it all in a way that made me feel good about it, rather than like when your mom tells you to clean your room and you go sulking off. I wanted to clean for Mary Cate! By the time she finished working with me, I felt like a champ! Seriously, having a professional organizer saved my life. Totally worth every penny!

They had great ideas for organization around my house that I would have never come up with. They were also so intentional with their role. Before they started, they got to know me and my organization style so they only set up systems that aligned with my personality. I am so happy and relieved to have my playroom and kids items organized. My daughter has been playing nonstop in the playroom and loves going in there. And so do I! I used to avoid going in the basement because it stressed me out so much, but not anymore. I highly recommend hiring the incredible organizers with Charm City Organizers. It makes such a difference!!

I had purchased a condo in his building in order to be close and cook and look after him. I was slowly getting better but he was much older than me and had many health issues, including being almost blind. I had had all my belongings moved from Potomac, MD to my new condo at the Risteau. I had been staying at my ex-husband's place in the same building while I recovered from multiple surgeries. I monitored the delivery of my boxes and furniture from Potomac. Everything was fine, so I went to my husband's unit to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night, having tremors. My husband freaked out and called the ambulance. Turns out I had kidney failure and stayed in the hospital for a week while they solved the problem of a blocked ureter. More surgery. My husband knew I had to put together all the stuff in my new condo and organize. Clothes folded and hung up. Books shelved. Kitchen completely organized. Furniture situated. Family pictures and knickknacks appropriately displayed. He called you! He had a personal friendship with you. I came home from the hospital and was shocked! My new condo looked like something from a magazine. Sweaters folded so perfectly, the way they look in fancy shops. Kitchen perfectly organized. I started crying. I had been sitting in the hospital wondering how in the world I would get up the strength to even unpack one box. Fletcher and these wonderful women made me forever grateful. I told him it was probably one of the very best things he had done for me in 26 years! He passed away not too long after and I was never able to thank you for all you did for me. This is the best little company on the planet. I love you! Tracey Hall
