They were flexible with us as we had to reschedule due to weather, and had several complicated moves that were handled very well. As with any move, we took care ourselves to wrap things, communicate our needs and expectations, but I would do that with any mover. Ask questions, clarify and explain what you want. All furniture was wrapped carefully with moving blankets and secured and all breakables were treated with care. I've never seen a team of people work so hard!

Several good things I can say about Gorilla Haulers; Eli will work with you if there are delays (as…read morelong as you put down the required down payment), the movers that arrive (Will and his team are polite); HOWEVER, where do I start, should I start at when we had to drive to my new location for the first time an unexpected two trip event that he drove literally 15 miles an hour and a 45 mile an hour zone and I am very conscious of the speed limit because there's a camera but when you're paying someone $182 an hour, you want them to drive the speed limit, next, the marks on the walls. There were so many skuff marks and deep indentations, all over the walls and floors, scratches in the wood floors. Then there's the fact that one of the guys dropped my lighted ceiling fan (minus the blades on) on the glass to the case of the light and broke it. Not one of the guys mentioned it to me. A friend of mine witnessed it. The cover was completely broken and needs to be replaced. cover was broken and none of the guys told A piece of my furniture where that was supposed to be covered with fabric then taped because it has glass in it. In addition, somehow there are several tape marks (duct taped used by them) where the tape was apparently placed directly on the furniture instead of fabric so that when it was later removed/ripped off, the stain color/paint was ripped off too leaving the duct tape marks behind (they use duct tape). The bottom of my leather couch was also scuffed like it was dragged across the floor. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any of these things until they were gone. The job took almost 8 hours, which is strange because again, I thought it would only take about four and a half hours. In the past, the exact same furniture that I moved 10 years ago was moved by three 65 years and older men. They did not mess up the walls , didn't dent anything, or break anything and it was done in four hours. Again note the ages of the men who moved me before. Anyway, since it was ten yers ago and they are a lot older, I had to call on a moving crew. I did my fair share of research and finally decided to go with Gorilla Haulers. The men who from gorilla haulers were all "about" under 30. Some furniture was not properly put back together and again, you don't notice until you unpack and move furniture around. Wood floors were scratched, I gave them each drinks because it was very hot out and they left them on the upstairs window. Black fingerprints were left on two of my cream colored couch pillows. All of this, andI wasn't told about any of the mishaps previously mentioned and I was charged over $1,800. I rarely write bad reviews; but, I just had to do it with this company. I told my family to never use them.

Which costs around 1000 bucks. So I agree. And when it goes to the day of moving. At the first 4 hours, The 4 man crew is wrapping everything like eggs.They use unnecessary wraps which I need to pay. The first 4 hours they just moved about 20-30 box's to trail. We had lunch outside and when we get back we found only 1 person inside. They told us they did not bring enough wrapping material so they need to go back to bring some. And when we asked about the time. They told us it's about 5 hours total. We thought it might be acceptable. Then it goes to 6-7 hours. We feel angry and called their company to complain. Then their company call them and they stop wrapping things as eggs. They begin to put the chair and shelf without and wrapping to trailer. Also, I have told one of the workers not to wrap my carpet because I want to throw them away. They still do it to get more time and more money. Even I do the job I will be much faster than they do. They are soooooo slow and after 8 hours we are helping to move everything to the trailer. Because even we remind them 5 times they still did not take any action. And then it finally goes to 9 hours. After bargain and discuss how much time was wasted. We paid 2000. I totally don't understand why after we have packed all our belongs, they only need to move the large furnitures and boxes to the trailer. NEVER NEVER use this moving company unless you want to pay extra 6 hours.
