Dr. Faheem is absolutely amazing, I've been seeing her for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. I actually drive about 45 minutes to come here despite having many Psychiatrist's in my area that are much closer. I actually tried to switch to one in my area to avoid the inconvenient drive, but I quickly switched back after realizing how top notch the experience at Crescent is. Dr. Faheem is very sweet, kind, and empathetic and makes sure you receive the best possible treatment every single time. The office staff are also amazing and go above and beyond every single time! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. Also, I didn't have insurance up until last month, and the pricing here is affordable even if you are uninsured. I have left here very satisfied with my experience every visit, highly recommend.

The biggest issue I have amongst many with the Ennis location, is the fact that I initially went for 8 day detox only. During my stay, I had requested to continue the program to the full 30 days. Months after I left, I received a whopping bill for the denied time I was there - that's a huge bill. My insurance denied my request to continue care and nobody ever told me. They just let me stay and kept billing me without my knowledge or consent. Oh yeah- also, the facility is full of black mold.

The friendly staff at the Dallas office are all very nice, polite and professional! Before Foundation - I was in a Methadone clinic for several years after a pain-management addiction occurred. It was a miserable experience - my first counselor actually died from a heroine drug-overdose! I was treated like dirt by everyone but the nurse administering daily dosages ( which was a big hassle also!). Methadone is a horrible solution! Everyone has been very positive and knowledgable from Dr. Thompson to the entire team. Dealing with a narcotic addiction involves many physiological and physiological aspects and can be challenging and demoralizing - And expensive!
