First off, setting up an appt to get a quote was so easy over text. The office mgr is professional, responsive, and always polite. What I especially liked is how Kevin, the owner, double checked whether the old unit could be repaired, provided two quotes (standard and high efficiency), and installed the new Bryant unit. There is no separate sales and installation teams. It was clean, eventless, and done in 4 hours. Another co, recommended by ConsEnergy, gave a quote that was more for a standard unit. The second, smaller 22-year-old AC died the next day!! And what was really amazing is how they sent over Josh within an hour of my text to diagnose and fix that one!! Seriously stellar service. If you value your time and your home's comfort, don't risk it with this company. Booking here means clearing your schedule just to get a last-minute cancellation and a vague promise to maybe show up days later. Absolutely unprofessional and completely disrespectful. If you don't go through with a repair, then they will keep the $50. It would rather stink to pay $50, have them come out and then the price is way more than other estimates that I've already received and then I'm out $50 and have to still pay additional money for someone else to do it? No thanks. Why would I have them come out when they can't even give me an estimate. I told them what the issue was, other establishments were able to give me an estimate at the least.

I called late Friday afternoon looking for service on my water heater…read more They said that they would have a hard time getting to my place that day and asked what issues I was having. I was getting an "upper sensor failure" signal, even after replacing the part that the manufacturer sent. They then said "I'll save you some money today" and suggested I blow out the water from the valve at the bottom and said that the water would be gray and cloudy due to buildup that may be causing the error. I did what they suggested. Sure enough, the water was very cloudy and I needed to let it run for several minutes before it was clear again. And I have not had the error since! Side note, I have been dealing with this issue for two weeks even after three calls with the manufacturer. They could have very easily scheduled a visit and charge me to do the very same thing (maybe even charge after hours rates). I definitely appreciated the honesty. If I ever have issues again, or hear of someone in the area with issues, they will be the first place I will call or recommend.
